Ganz ganz ganz netter telefonkontakt und auch der persönlich erschienene techniker war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Bin echt begeistert. S	Sabine Kowarsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weil ich durch Zufall bedingt damit zu tun hatte! Diese Person mut denen ich zum Teil tellefonisch,sowie persönlich in Kontakt war. Sind alle sehr kompetent, sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht! In der Wohnanlage verletzte sich jemand ineinem steckenden Lift,daher wurde dem Fall genau auf den Grund gegangen, damit in Zukunft sich die Verletzungsgefahr sich verringert. In the residential complex, someone was injured in a stuck elevator, so the case was investigated carefully so that the risk of injury is reduced in the future. Lg
J	Johannes Stögner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns eine elektrische Tür einbauen lassen (2019). Ich dachte mir ich lasse es von einer Bekannten Firma installieren die weiß was sie tut. Montieren ist eine Subfirma gekommen. Eher schlecht geschultes Personal vieles hat am Anfang nicht funktioniert. Der Gong mit Bewegungsmelder, Dichtungen sitzen nicht richtig, Tür springt bei jedem Regentropfen auf und ein großer Spalt zwischen den zwei Flügeln. Das jährliche Services macht dann Kone selbst. Der Mitarbeiter von Kone hat dann alle Probleme beseitigt. Ein schlechter Nachgeschmack bleibt trotzdem. Im November 20 hatten wir dann das Problem dass sich die Türe manchmal nicht mehr schließt. Man muss dann den Bolzen oben in der Mechanik Händisch reindrücken damit sie wieder funktioniert. Problem trat öfter auf. Also Kone angerufen wo wir auch den Servicevertrag haben. Zwei nette Techniker waren hier und haben leider keinen Fehler gefunden. Aber eine Rechnung von über 400€ dafür. Kone teilte auch nicht mit das etwas zu verrechnen ist oder es nicht in Garantie ect. ist. Solch eine Summe für nichts Verlangen und das in der Gewährleistungszeit ist eine Ansage für sich. Kann die Firma nicht weiterempfehlen. We had an electric door built in (2019). I thought to myself I would have it installed by a company I know who knows what they're doing. A sub-company came to assemble. Rather poorly trained staff, many things did not work at the beginning. The gong with motion detector, the seals are not in place, the door pops open with every raindrop and a large gap between the two wings. Kone then does the annual service itself. The Kone employee has then eliminated all problems. A bad aftertaste still remains. In November 20 we had the problem that the door sometimes no longer closes. You then have to push in the bolt at the top of the mechanics by hand so that it works again. Problem occurred more often. So called Kone where we also have the service contract. Two nice technicians were here and unfortunately they couldn't find a fault. But a bill of over € 400 for it. Kone also did not share that something is to be charged or that it is not guaranteed ect. is. Such a sum for nothing and that in the warranty period is an announcement in itself. Can't recommend the company.
R	Robby Wegner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Magnetschiebetüren bei mir funktionieren Top. Service wird jedes Jahr pünktlich und von alleine erledigt ohne nach laufen zu müssen. Total freundliche Mitarbeiter. Es werden immer Lösungen gefunden. 2 magnetic sliding doors work great for me. Service is done on time and by itself every year without having to walk. Totally friendly staff. Solutions are always found.
