★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist meine Erfahrung mit WMF Österreich negativ. Eine im Vorjahr von mir gekaufte Pfanne mit Antihaftbeschichtung hat trotz normalem Gebrauchs ihre Beschichtung verloren. Von der Firma wurde mir nur mitgeteilt, dass ich die Pfanne überhitzt hätte, und eine Gewährleistung somit nicht gegeben wäre.
Es ist sehr leicht für eine Firma jegliche Schuld an einem auftretenden Schaden dem Kunden anzulasten. Meine Fragen wieso und warum wurden völlig ignoriert; dass ich nur ein Cerankochfeld benütze und mir eine Überhitzung nicht vorstellen kann, wurde nicht zur Kenntnis genommen. Ich habe laut Gutachten die Pfanne überhitzt, und man sieht daher keinen Grund, Schadenersatz zu leisten!
Die Firma gewährt zwar großspurig Garantie aber scheinbar nur, bis ein Schaden eintritt
Unfortunately, my experience with WMF Austria is negative. A pan bought from me in the previous year with non-stick coating has lost its coating despite normal use. From the company I was only informed that I had overheated the pan, and thus a guarantee would not exist.
It is very easy for a company to blame the customer for any damage incurred. My questions why and why were completely ignored; that I only use a ceramic hob and can not imagine overheating, was not noted. According to the expert opinion, I overheated the pan, and you can see no reason to pay damages!
Although the company grants warranty grossly but apparently only until damage occurs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor einiger Zeit löste sich der Boden unserer ca. vier oder fünf (?) Jahre jungen Edelstahlpfanne welche anstandslos ausgetauscht wurde; zudem fehlten noch bei diversen WMF Küchengeräten Teile welche zum Teil komplett ersetzt und ebenfalls kostenlos zugesandt wurden. 5 Sterne+
Some time ago, the bottom of our stainless steel pan, which was about four or five years old, came off and was easily replaced; In addition, various WMF kitchen appliances still lacked parts, some of which were completely replaced and also sent free of charge. 5 stars +
