★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wohne 50!m vom Geschäft 2m von einem der Lager. Seit Jahren merke ich immer mehr wie praktisch das ist. Was es dort nicht gibt oder besorgen lässt gibt es auch nicht im Internet... Wenn man Internet Transportkosten und Verpackungsmüll einrechnet ist der Preis auch ok. Kenne Chef, Familie und Angestellte alle gut und sehe sie immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Live 50!m from the shop 2m from one of the warehouses. Over the years I have noticed more and more how practical this is. What isn't available there or can't be obtained isn't available on the internet either... If you include internet transport costs and packaging waste, the price is also ok. Know boss, family and employees all well and always see them friendly and helpful.

The manager of the shop looks only for good profit and doesn't care about giving real solution for the problem at hand. I've witnessed several elderly people being offered horribly expensive and unnecessary appliances on the spot.
But as soon as one requires real attention, the good manners are gone and only grumpy answers are provided. As for other employee, they seemed helpful enough, but were suppressed greatly by management.
I'll avoid this place like hell in the future. I've been provided better service even at places like Würth Gmbh and other bigger retails, so why should I consider supporting this family business when the owner even doesn't care.
