★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very special location for the lunch and dinner. Very good food in 10 minutes walking distance from Zillertaler Bergbahn Station. Very "urig" and original food of the region. Thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a lovely atmosphere and great food particularly nice when the snows laid outside cosey & warm or just come in from a long walk in the summer. Near cable car at top of town so maybe a little out of the way for some but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should really have made it clear online that the kitchen closes at 21.30 as everywhere states 23.00. Also, when you arrive at 21.20, the kitchen is still closed. Very poor customer service turning people away after travelling when the kitchen is still technically open. Bad form.

Tasty austrian food from starters, soups till deserts.
Good and fast service (3/4 occupyied restaurant).
In peak season the reservation is recommended. We got one of two last desks on monday around seven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every year when i am in the neberhood i go there for the good food. But you have to be lucky. Sometimes you have to share table with other people. No privesy, and smoking was normal. I dont know if you can still smoke there? — There is a new owner. The food is different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great but the service is terrible. Moody waiter avoid any eye contact and is not able to accept negative feedback. Don't start a discussion you will lose the awkward encounter. I have never experienced this kind of attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy and very pleasant atmosphere! The schnitzel is great! Don't miss the Kaiserschmarrn!!! Both types were delicious!
The Gulash was no more than ok. We will probably go there again.
