R	Reinhard Altrogge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schönes und sauberes B&B zentrumsnah in Mayrhofen. Das Haus strahlt traditionellen Scham aus, die Zimmer insbesondere die Badezimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Die herzliche Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und bietet ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück an. Auch eine sehr späte Anreise ist problemlos möglich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank! Nice and clean B&B close to the center in Mayrhofen. The house exudes traditional shame, the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are modernly furnished. The warm hostess is very friendly and offers a very rich breakfast. A very late arrival is also possible without any problems. We were very satisfied. Many Thanks!
M	Martin Leimer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Aufenthalt im Gästehaus Hornegger hat uns sehr gefallen. Maria hat alles unternommen um uns den bestmöglichen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Wir selber waren in Zimmer 4 untergebracht, eines der grössten Zimmer des Gasthauses. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über verschiedene kleine Räume; 1x das Schlafzimmer mit grossem TV, einer Couch kleinem Tischlein und mit Zugang zu geteiltem Balkon gegen Süden, 1x Gang mit Kleiderschrank und Zugang zu privatem Balkon gegen Westen, 1x Badezimmer mit Badewanne und separater Dusche, sowie 1x separatem WC. Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen und war perfekt für unseren Skiurlaub. Für ein allfälliges Home Office wäre es jedoch nicht geeignet, da kein normal hoher Tisch vorhanden ist - Ich bin aber überzeugt dass Maria hier eine Lösung hätte, sollte das für jemanden relevant sein. Das Frühstück wird bereits ab 06:30 Uhr serviert, wodurch man um 07:30 Uhr am Ahorn durchstarten kann. (Achtung: Die nächste Bergfahrt ist danach erst um 08:00 Uhr). Auch erreicht man den Bus in die Zillertal Arena (Richtung Schwaz) um 08:05 Uhr (alternativ um 08:20 Uhr) sowie den Zug nach Kaltenbach-Stumm um 08:19 Uhr. Allerdings muss man alles zu Fuss erreichen, da die ersten Skibusse (Linie A 08:07 und B 08:14) zu spät abfahren um die Anschlüsse am Bahnhof zu erreichen, respektive (Linie A) gar nicht dort halten. Die Distanz zum Bahnhof ist mit etwa 700m gerade noch machbar, mit voller Skiausrüstung jedoch nicht sonderlich bequem. Info: Die Linie B fährt manchmal 2-3 Minuten früher. Zu loben ist noch dass falls man am morgen keinen sonderlich grossen Hunger hat, man sich mit den Resten gerne ein Sandwich für unterwegs machen lassen darf. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hornegger guest house. Maria went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay. We stayed in room 4, one of the largest rooms in the inn. This room has various small spaces; 1x bedroom with large TV, a couch, a small table and access to a shared south-facing balcony, 1x corridor with wardrobe and access to a private west-facing balcony, 1x bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, and 1x separate toilet. We really liked the room and it was perfect for our skiing holiday. However, it would not be suitable for a home office, as there is no normal high table - but I am convinced that Maria would have a solution here, should this be relevant for someone. Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m., so you can start at 7:30 a.m. on the Ahorn. (Attention: The next ascent after that is at 8:00 a.m.). You can also catch the bus to the Zillertal Arena (direction Schwaz) at 8:05 a.m. (alternatively at 8:20 a.m.) and the train to Kaltenbach-Stumm at 8:19 a.m. However, everything has to be reached on foot, since the first ski buses (line A 08:07 and B 08:14) leave too late to reach the connections at the train station, or (line A) don't stop there at all. The distance to the train station is just about 700m, but not particularly comfortable with full ski equipment. Info: Line B sometimes runs 2-3 minutes earlier. It is also to be commended that if you are not particularly hungry in the morning, you can have a sandwich made with the leftovers to take with you on the go.
C	Christian Wohlfahrt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind nun schon seit Jahren in Mayrhofen. Aber so eine Gastfreundlichkeit wie bei Maria haben wir noch nie erlebt. Unterkunft ist perfekt. Frühstück alles was man braucht und alles was net da ist, wird sofort besorgt. Unglaublich toll. Da kommt man sehr sehr gern wieder. We have been in Mayrhofen for years now. But we have never experienced such hospitality as with Maria. Accommodation is perfect. Breakfast everything you need and everything that isn't there is taken care of immediately. Incredibly great. It's a pleasure to come back there.

A	Alexander Frak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very silent and nice place to stay. Good value for money. The staff (Maria) is very kind and responsive. Close to Mayrnhofen center. Maybe a bit far from the ski lifts (I used a car to get to Hintertux in the end of May so I'm not sure)

Breakfast is included and she was happy to help us with flexible check in and check out times. The room was very clean and matched the pictures on the website. The location was also fantastic being close to the ski lifts and restaurants. We would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Mayrhofen and would definitely return!
