D	Doris D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein gutes Service . Vorges Jahr hab ich eine Winterplane gekauft, die viel zu klein bemessen war und ständig in den Pool gerutscht ist. Dabei hatte ich die Poolgröße angegeben. Im darauffolgenden Winter waren dann die Laschen schon kaputt. Trotzdem wollte ich dieses Jahr Auskünfte per Mail bezüglich eines neuen Pools bzw./oder eine Preisliste und Info per Post. Nach einer Woche hab ich die Mail nochmal geschickt und um Antwort gebeten. Das ist jetzt auch schon 4 Tage her. Scheinbar brauchen sie keine neuen Aufträge.? Not a good service. Last year I bought a winter tarpaulin that was too small and kept slipping into the pool. I had given the pool size. The following winter the tabs were already broken. Nevertheless, this year I wanted information by email regarding a new pool or / or a price list and info by mail. After a week I sent the mail again and asked for an answer. That was 4 days ago. Apparently they don't need any new orders

Im August(!!!) wurde sie zur Reparatur endlich abgeholt! Bis heute (18. Oktober) keine Antwort, kein Rückruf, kein Muh als Antwort bekommen! Die Pumpe ( noch Garantie) konnte ich den ganzen Sommer nicht verwenden! Was blieb ist ein versifftes Becken, keine Pumpe, keine Antwort! Die Empfangsdame ist sehr freundlich und garantiert Rückrufe, die niemals stattfinden! Service ???? I bought a pump there a year ago, it curdled this year in June! Nothing to do! In August (!!!) it was finally picked up for repairs! Until today (October 18th) no answer, no callback, no moo received as an answer! I couldn't use the pump (still under warranty) all summer! What remained is a dirty pool, no pump, no answer! The receptionist is very friendly and guarantees callbacks that never happen!
W	Werner Molik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fachleute aber Null Serviceorientierung Habe mir vor 10 Jahren bei Vosspools ein Becken gekauft und Aufbau und Installation der Technik auch von Vosspools machen lassen, alles in Ordnung. Nach 10 Jahren hat die Pumpe ihren Geist aufgegeben. Da mit dem Nachfolgemodell die Anschlüsse nicht mehr passen und ich eine Fix-Verrohrung habe war ich bei Vosspool wegen Ersatzpumpe samt Installation. Sie hatten die Pumpe nicht. Ich habe sie mir übers Netz besorgt und brauchte nur noch die Installation. Diese wurde mir mit dem Hinweis verweigert, dass nur "eigene" Pumpen installiert werden, obwohl das Modell nur gerade bei Vosspools ausverkauft war, von einem unabhängigen Produzenten stammt, das von allen Fachbetrieben verkauft wird. Fazit: Wenns um die Anschaffung geht alles bestens, wenn man mal nur Hilfe braucht - die ja auch nicht gratis ist - ist Ende mit Kundenservice, weil die Marge für den Ersatzteil wegfällt ... Experts but zero service orientation I bought a pool at Vosspools 10 years ago and had Vosspools set up and install the technology, everything was fine. After 10 years the pump has given up its ghost. Since the connections no longer fit with the successor model and I have fixed piping, I went to Vosspool for a replacement pump and installation. They didn't have the pump. I got it over the network and just needed to install it. This was denied to me with the information that only "own" pumps are installed, although the model was only just sold out at Vosspools, comes from an independent manufacturer that is sold by all specialist companies. Conclusion: When it comes to the purchase everything goes well, if you just need help - which is not free either - the end of customer service is because the margin for the spare part is no longer applicable ...

Werde dort nicht mehr einkaufen. Bad service, not available by phone. You should send an email. The service has been criticized by many, and rightly so, I think. Won't be shopping there anymore.
B	Baki Daki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War Anfang juli 2021 dort. Ich kann wirklich jeden abraten dort hinzugehen. Es ist echt nicht verständlich aus was für einen Grund man so unkompentet und unsympathisch als Verkäufer sein muss. Bin jetzt wie gesagt öfters hingegangen da ich Kleinigkeiten brauchte. Dachte am Anfang OK es liegt vielleicht daran das die einen schlechten Tag hatten. Doch vergeblich. Beim jeden Besuch bis jetzt immer keine Freundlichkeit. (ich will nicht mit Blumen empfangen werden) Allein von dem mir aussehenden Filialleiter/Chef eine Einschulung für eine Teleskopenstange zu bekommen und das auf eine sehr dominate Art versteh ich absolut nicht. Dann wurde ich auch noch verbessert weil ich statt 19 Eur 18 Eur gesagt habe. Ich war kurz davor mein Mundwerk freien Lauf zu lassen nur ich kannte ich kein anderes Pool Geschäft in der Nähe. Für mich ist es schon mal fix beim nächsten Besuch mein Maulwerk los zu lassen. Was there in early July 2021. I can really advise anyone to go there. It is really not understandable for what reason one has to be so uncompetent and unsympathetic as a seller. As I said, I went there more often now because I needed little things. Thought OK at the beginning, maybe because they had a bad day. But in vain. With every visit until now always no friendliness. (I don't want to be welcomed with flowers) Just to get training on a telescopic pole from the branch manager / boss who looks to me, and I absolutely don't understand that in a very dominant way. Then I was also improved because I said 18 Eur instead of 19 Eur. I was about to let my mouth run wild, but I didn't know of any other pool shop around. For me it is already fixed to let go of my mouth the next time I visit.
