s	sonja beiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider waren an unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nur die Preise luxuriös, alles andere war leider das ganze Gegenteil. Das Hotel verlässt sich nur auf sein (sehr schönes) Design und vergisst völlig auf guten Service oder einzuheizen. In unserem Zimmer war es (im Jänner) so kalt, dass sogar mein Mann gejammert hat. Selbst im Spa Bereich ist es kalt. Es gibt 2 Pools, die beide ca. 25 grad haben. Der Aussenpool hatte im Winter bei einer Temperatur von -10 Grad Celsius, gefühlt nur 24 Grad. Beim Abendessen hat man 1h auf das Gedeck gewartet, danach noch 1h auf die Vorspeise und 1h auf die Hauptspeise, Dessert konnte man dann keines mehr bestellen da man aufgrund der Corona Regelungen um 22:00 das Restaurant verlassen musste. Beim Frühstück musste mein Mann öfters selbst an die Bar gehen um zu fragen ob er einen Kaffee haben könnte da einfach niemand zu unserem Tisch kam. Es gibt keine gute Bergwurst oder guten Käse - einfach alles bei Billa eingekauft und lieblos am Tisch serviert. Einmal waren wir zu acht und bekamen beim Frühstück 4 kleine Stückchen Butter. Am Ende haben wir einen Haufen Geld bezahlt um eventuell ein bisschen das Gefühl fuer einen Luxusurlaub zu bekommen - darauf hätten wir dann aber auch verzichten können. Unfortunately only the prices were luxurious about our stay in this hotel, everything else was the opposite. The hotel only relies on its (very beautiful) design and completely forgets about good service or heating up. It was so cold in our room (in January) that even my husband wailed. It's even cold in the spa area. There are 2 pools, both of which are about 25 degrees. The outdoor pool had a temperature of -10 degrees Celsius in winter, felt only 24 degrees. At dinner you waited 1 hour for the setting, then 1 hour for the starter and 1 hour for the main course, dessert you couldn't order any more because you had to leave the restaurant at 10 p.m. due to the Corona regulations. At breakfast my husband often had to go to the bar himself to ask if he could have a coffee because nobody came to our table. There is no such thing as good mountain sausage or good cheese - everything is simply bought from Billa and served carelessly at the table. Once there were eight of us and we were given 4 small pieces of butter at breakfast. In the end we paid a lot of money to maybe get a bit of the feeling of a luxury vacation - but we could have done without that.

A	Anke Roekaerts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay in the suites, where we had the fireplace going almost every evening, enjoying ourselves by relaxing in the spa area or in our own hot tub. The atmosphere oozes retained luxe and hints for the mountains as it should. The location is perfect as the ski lift is closeby. This also means that when lounging in the suite people could still look in if they wanted to, perhaps this is something I would have changed if possible. I also had a less friendly run-in with the owner, unfortunately. Therefore I only give it 3 stars, as unfriendly owners do take a serious bite out of a perfect vibe. Especially for this price range.
