N	Nadine S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Service - sehr schönes Hotel! Wir hatten ein entspanntes Wochenende im Glemm. Schon der herzliche Empfang war großartig. Die freundliche Rezeptionistin weiß wie es geht ;-). Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht blieben. Danke für die kostenlose Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs am Abreisetag! Frühstück und Abendessen top! War fein bei euch :) Top service - very nice hotel! We had a relaxing weekend in Glemm. Even the warm welcome was great. The friendly receptionist knows how to do it ;-). We felt immediately welcome even though we only stayed one night. Thank you for the free use of the wellness area on the day of departure! Breakfast and dinner great! Was fine with you :)
S	Simone Mayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Abendessen war super! Wellnessbereich viel zu klein bzw. viel zu wenig Liegeplätze. Teilweise mussten sich mehrere Gäste eine Liege zum ablegen der Handtücher teilen. Frühstück ist für ein 4s Hotel wirklich schlecht (keine Auswahl, nichts wird nachgefüllt - auch nicht nach mehrmaligen Bitten), Brot und Wurst waren für mind. eine halbe Stunde leer, man hat auch den anderen Gästen angesehen dass sie schon genervt waren), Wartezeit für ein Spiegelei ca. eine halbe Stunde. Im Großen und Ganzen kann man das Hotel weiterempfehlen, aber man bekommt wo anders sicher ein besseres Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Very nice and modern hotel. Dinner was great! Wellness area much too small and far too few beach chairs. Sometimes several guests had to share a lounger to put towels on. Breakfast is really bad for a 4s hotel (no selection, nothing is refilled - not even after repeated requests), bread and sausage were empty for at least half an hour, you could see that the other guests were already annoyed) , Waiting time for a fried egg about half an hour. All in all, you can recommend the hotel, but you will certainly get better value for money elsewhere.
K	Karin Wührer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben 3 Nächte mit Halbpension gebucht und durften eine tolle Zeit genießen. Das Zimmer inkl. Balkon mit Blick zur Gondel ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten sowohl Badewanne als auch Dusche und eine kleine Kochnische. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren sehr gut (das Abendessen könnte nur etwas mehr Würze vertragen ;-)) Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst bemüht und hilfsbereit. Wir sind bereits viel gereist, doch ein so freundliches Hotelpersonal findet man (leider) nicht mehr oft. Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar etwas klein, aber bietet neben einem tollen Ruheraum, drei Saunen und beheiztem Außenpool im Endeffekt alles, was ein Gast braucht - da wir uns ohnehin den ganzen Tag auf der Skipiste befanden. Auch das Skigebiet vor der Haustür (inkl. Bring- & Abholservice vom Hotel) ist traumhaft. We booked 3 nights half board and had a great time. The room, including the balcony with a view of the gondola, is very modern. We had both bath and shower and a small kitchenette. The breakfast and the dinner were very good (the dinner could do with a bit more seasoning ;-)) The hotel staff was extremely hard-working and helpful. We have already traveled a lot, but (unfortunately) you don't find such a friendly hotel staff very often anymore. The wellness area is a bit small, but in addition to a great relaxation room, three saunas and a heated outdoor pool, it ultimately offers everything a guest needs - since we were on the ski slopes all day anyway. The ski area on the doorstep (incl. delivery and pick-up service from the hotel) is fantastic.
A	Ann Verhiest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We verbleven in een penthouse appartement met hotelfaciliteiten. Wat een aanrader als je wil genieten van een zorgeloze vakantie. Het appartement met 2 terrassen was afgewerkt met hoogwaardige materialen, voorzien van heerlijke bedden en alle comfort, inclusief sauna en buitenbad op het terras!! De dag starten met een heerlijk gezond ontbijt in het hotel, skis ophalen in de skikelder en met de shuttle 3 minuten later afgezet worden aan de skilift... Na het skiën genieten in de hotelwellness met verwarmd buitenzwembad, verschillende sauna's, hangmatten... wat een luxe. En s'avonds lekker gegeten in het hotelrestaurant. Het personeel is er zo vriendelijk en voornaam, echt fijn. We komen hier graag terug. We stayed in a penthouse apartment with hotel facilities. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a carefree holiday. The apartment with 2 terraces was finished with high-quality materials, equipped with wonderful beds and every comfort, including sauna and outdoor pool on the terrace!! Start the day with a delicious healthy breakfast in the hotel, pick up your skis in the ski cellar and be dropped off at the ski lift with the shuttle 3 minutes later... After skiing, enjoy the hotel wellness with heated outdoor pool, various saunas, hammocks... such a luxury. And in the evening we had a nice meal in the hotel restaurant. The staff there is so friendly and first name, really nice. We would love to come back here.
