Die Lage des Appartement, die Ausstattung wie auch die Vermieter selbst sind hervorzuheben. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder kommen. Danke Mariska Thanks again to family Riedlsperger. In January we were able to spend a really great week in the big apartment in the house Erlbach. The location of the apartment, the equipment as well as the landlord himself are to be highlighted. We will gladly come back next year. Thank you Mariska
D	Dennis Ruijs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enorm aardige gastvrouw- en heer. Zeer ruime en nette kamers. Van alle gemakken voorzien en werkelijkwaar een toplocatie met een prachtig uitzicht! Aanrader pur sang, behalve in de weken dat ik zelf heen ga natuurlijk ;) Very nice hostess and gentleman. Very spacious and neat rooms. Fully equipped and really a top location with a beautiful view! Highly recommended, except in the weeks that I go, of course;)
L	Linda Porte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze zomer hebben we 2,5 week mogen verblijven in Haus Erlbach. We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad en het Appartement was ook top. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en van de onder en/of bovenburen heb je eigenlijk geen last. Door de snelstromende rivier hoor je de doorgaande weg nauwelijks en ligt de woning perfect voor rustzoekers die houden van geluiden uit de natuur. De eigenaar spreekt Duits en verstaat Nederlands. De eigenaresse spreekt Duits en Nederlands. De gastvrouw spreekt alleen Duits maar is een schat van een vrouw. Op de zondag, was de bakker de broodjes vergeten, heeft ze zelf uit eigen voorraad haar broodjes afgebakken. (dit wisten we niet). Al met al een top woning met vaatwasser, oven, magnetron, mooie badkamer, lekkere stoelen op het grote balkon en het belangrijkste: erg schoon en goed verzorgd afgewerkt. This summer we were allowed to stay for 2.5 weeks at Haus Erlbach. We had a fantastic holiday and the apartment was great too. The apartment is fully equipped and you have no problems with the lower and / or upper neighbors. Due to the fast-flowing river you hardly hear the main road and the house is perfect for those seeking tranquility who love sounds from nature. The owner speaks German and understands Dutch. The owner speaks German and Dutch. The hostess speaks only German but is a sweetheart of a woman. On the Sunday, the baker had forgotten the sandwiches, she baked her sandwiches from her own stock. (we didn't know this). All in all a top house with dishwasher, oven, microwave, nice bathroom, nice chairs on the large balcony and most importantly: very clean and well cared for.

Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dank Brötchenservice auch täglich frische Semmeln. Zur Zwölferkogelbahn ca. 7 min. zu Fuß. Immer wieder gerne. Beautiful, modern furnished apartment overlooking the mountain. House is equipped with ski cellar and small cozy sauna area. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to bread service also daily fresh rolls. To the Zwölferkogelbahn approx. 7 min. on foot. Always my pleasure.
M	Marije Den Boer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben hier met vrienden onze kerst mogen vieren en echt genoten. De appartementen zijn modern, goed verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is op loopafstand van de skipistes en het dorp, dus ideaal gelegen. Het lijkt me ook prachtig om hier in de zomer eens terug te komen. We were able to celebrate Christmas with friends here and really enjoyed it. The apartments are modern, well-kept and fully equipped. It is within walking distance of the ski slopes and the village, so ideally located. It also seems wonderful to come back here in the summer.

Großer Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Biken. 12 er Kogel - und Westgipfel Bergbahn sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Riedlsperger für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen wieder. Just great! Very cozy, absolutely clean apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and even towels are provided. Large balcony with a great view. The perfect starting point for hiking and biking. 12 he Kogel and Westgipfel mountain railways can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Many thanks to the Riedlsperger family for their great hospitality. We will be back.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, parking in front of the house, spacious terrace with an unobstructed view on the Zwölferkogel and Westgipfel, and stable wifi. The owners were very sympathetic and friendly to deal with!
