★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food, authentic Austrian dishes and great service. It also reminds me of a Lyonnaise Bouchon which I love, very homely and grandma-style cooking with big hearty portions. The tafelspitz is as good as I’ve had in Vienna and the schnitzel is big and tasty. We only passed through quickly and they were full but they kindly fitted us in even with a baby. Lovely place and we will definitely be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service and friendly staff. The food was delicious, we have ordered a soup and a snitzel plus a beer and dessert. Delicious. The snitzel will be around 17 euros but the portion is really big and you could share if you are not that hungry. The best snitzel I had in Austria so far, the potato salad that came with the snitzel was also so delicious! First time I have tried such salad, it came altogether with the veal snitzel. The soups were very delicious and staff really friendly. We came without reservation around 6:30 and we didn't have to wait but I guess it can get crowded during the weekends. As dessert, the applestrudle was great as well. 5 stars overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mind-blowingly good! The dishes were lovingly prepared and delicious. I had roast pork, which had a nice marbling so it was not dry. The strudel, which also contained some chestnut, was light and scrumptious. We are very picky restaurant goers, but were beyond pleased that we picked this wonderful eatery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely stunning little place with a wide range of excellent dishes. Highly recommended but also very popular so reservations are essential if you want to guarantee a table. They will do everything they can to accommodate those without reservations but there is big chance they won't be able to seat you
Also be aware that they don't accept any cards. Luckily there's an ATM right across the street if you find out too late. :)
