Wurde heute von einer Dame am Tefelon einfach weggedrückt nachdem ich gefragt habe ob sie für das wohl der Kinder zuständig ist.
Einfach eine Frechheit.
This institution is not concerned with the well-being of the children but unfortunately only with the law.
Was just pushed away today by a lady at the Tefelon after I asked if she is responsible for the children's.

Worst institution ever. This branch is the sheer horror. The best interests of the child are not dealt with here, files are not read at all. Background information is completely absent.
