★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ring is fine and in-ring staff are quite good and hands on. Unfortunately waiting qeues are dreadful. Had to wait half an hour to get in another half an hour to get the skates and close to 20mins to return them. Perhaps it is because Saturday is prime time but still place has to be more prepared for the demand. Also i like those penguins and helps beginners well however there is not enough of them and some young pro-skater kids use just to have fun. Perhaps more of them would help those who actualy need it. All and all it is difficult to argue if it is "preis wert".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, enough place for ice skating. A sepate area for sport skaters and private group lessons. One can borrow ice skates at the site, as well as rent a locker to keep your belonging. They used to have a reasonably priced season card, hopefully it will be reintroduced in next season

We didn't know today January 1rst was National day and we got a monday-saturday ticket. We tried to make the change at your ticket cabines and they didn't help us. We're very sorry, we paid for the service and we won't have more days to come here. We're so unhappy with the situation and we would like the refund, because we had the chance to change the date and paying the difference and we recieved a very bad contestation.
What a bad experience to finish our trip here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to learn ice-skating, very good quality of surface and rental ice-skating boots are super! Definitely worth going there. Even if there's a queue, you get to the ice quite fast.

There was no limit for the number of people allowed inside.
If you are ready to pay a little bit more and ok with the waiting thing then the place is pretty good.

I purchased my tickets online in advance but still had to queue for 96 minutes to get in.
Once in another 54 minute queue to get rental skates.
Cost for entry was €8:50 and skates were €7
Covid compliance was minimal - staff at the entrance weren’t wearing masks.
The whole system could be made way better by just allocating times slots.
Dreadfully operated with zero consideration to the customer or anybody’s safety.
I warn everybody not to go, save your money, save your time and save your health
