Das Essen ist fantastisch und das Personal von Rezeption, Küche über Roomservice bis hin zum Service (Danke besonders an Ümit und Alex❤️) ist grossartig und macht wirklich alles möglich. Die familiäre Atmosphäre schafft von der ersten Sekunde ein Gefühl des Willkommenseins. Die Suiten waren sauber und gemütlich, der Wellnessbereich einladend und großzügig. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Massagen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder! Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing week. The food is fantastic and the staff from reception, kitchen to room service to service (thanks especially to Ümit and Alex❤️) is great and really makes everything possible. The family atmosphere creates a feeling of being welcome from the first second. The suites were clean and comfortable, the wellness area was inviting and spacious. The massages are highly recommended. We felt very comfortable and will be back!

Dafür ein großes Kompliment! Die Zimmer hatten kleinere Schwächen, nicht mehr ganz modern, hätte für den Preis aber auch in der Haupt-Skisaison mehr erwartet. Das Personal war freundlich, leider wurden aber auch hauseigene Regeln von einigen Mitarbeitern selbst nicht eingehalten. Die Küche war ganz gut, aber nicht herausragend, und ich finde es immer ein bisschen schade um den Abend, wenn man 2 Std für das Abendbrot braucht. light and shadow: positive: we had a child with real celiac disease, and the kitchen did THAT really well, there was no gluten accident! A big compliment for that! The rooms had minor weaknesses, not very modern anymore, but I would have expected more for the price, even in the main ski season. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately the house rules were not followed by some of the employees themselves. The kitchen was quite good, but not outstanding, and I always think it's a bit of a shame when you need 2 hours for dinner.

Their spa area is immaculate and never busy. Rooms are very spacious and very well appointed almost all have a view. It is rare to find a hotel like this where you really do get exceptional value for money.
