Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Dayspa Tag in Ihrer Anlage.
Es ging schon mit einem sehr netten Empfang an, ging über in eine wundervoll dekorierte, sehr saubere und top ausgestattete Spa Anlage.
Die Nachmittagsjause war nicht nur ein Augenschmaus, sondern umwerfend gut und reichhaltig, nettes Personal das auf jeden Wunsch eingeht. Die Massage meiner Frau von Ihrem hervorragenden Masseur war hochprofessionell.
Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten baldigen Besuch.

We spent a wonderful Dayspa day in your facility.
It started with a very nice reception, went into a wonderfully decorated, very clean and well-equipped spa facility.
The afternoon snack was not only a feast for the eyes, but stunningly good and plentiful, nice staff responding to every request. My wife's massage from your superb masseur was highly professional.
We look forward to our next visit soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed the one day breakfast and spa option of the hotel. Everything was fine, breakfast was great, stuff friendly and the spa nice and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start... the fact is that the difference between the beginning and the end was amazing and left us grateful and appreciate.
At the 1st night due to maybe lack of attention we didn't receive dinner as expected for our diet nor menu which we can read (only in german) and in addition- no weekly plan for the kids club in English.
So- why the 5 stars ?
Because of hanzee the manager that as soon as he become acquainted to the issue he by himself made an English menu and schedule. He made sure that all our diet needs will be addressed and made the staff to be aware of that.
Because of Laszlo and Oshi which gave us the best attitude and service.
Because of the staff in the kinder club which treated our kids warmly and with love.
Because of the great food, the clean room, the facilities, the location and a lot of other things that make it worth to be a guest in this hotel...
