Ich hatte dort meine und die Uhr meiner Frau zum Service - beide kamen wie neu zurück und wir waren wirklich erstaunt wie günstig das Service war. Fazit: Feinste Wiener Uhrmachermeister Qualität, tolle Beratung und preislich top! Rarely have I felt so well advised. I had my wife's and my wife's watch there for service - both came back like new and we were really surprised how cheap the service was. Conclusion: Finest Viennese watchmaker quality, great advice and priced top!

Als ich reklamiert habe, wurde mir gesagt, es sei auch Leder, nur eben ein anderes. — Weiß nicht, ob ich jetzt lachen oder weinen soll. I bought a leather bracelet for my watch for € 40 +. In a few months the thin layer of leather was gone and a rubber bracelet was revealed. When I made a complaint, I was told that it was leather too, just another one. - Don't know if I should laugh or cry now.

Wenn Frau Chyba schlechte Laune hat, dann soll sie ihren Gatten in den Verkaufsraum schicken, er hätte meine Fragen sicher freundlicher beantwortet. Weil sich Chyba sooo viel Mühe gibt, die Dinge zu verdrehen: Ich hatte gefragt, ob das Telefon nie abgehoben wird, weil sich immer das Tonband meldet. ---> angeschnauzt Ich hatte gefragt, ob die Gravierung auf der Unterseite der Uhr ein Hinweis auf ein Service ist oder nicht ---> angeschnauzt (Ich hatte nicht um eine Schätzung gebeten, weil ich via Google ohnehin den Wert der Uhr kenne) Tja, und wer mich anschnauzt, dem sage ich auf derbe Weise meine Meinung, ich steh' auch nicht drauf, dass mich jemand wegen einer korrekten Bewertung telefonisch belästigt. Is it the heat or the full moon tomorrow? If Mrs. Chyba is in a bad mood, then she should send her husband to the sales room, he would have answered my questions more kindly. Because Chyba tries so hard to turn things around: I asked if the phone would never be picked up because the tape kept answering. ---> snapped at I asked whether the engraving on the underside of the watch was an indication of a service or not ---> snapped at (I did not ask for an estimate because I already know the value of the watch via Google) Well, and if you bawl at me, I'll tell you my opinion in a rough way, I don't want someone to bother me over the phone because of a correct assessment.

Ich habe mich bei diesem Uhrmachermeister beraten lassen. Nach einer Begutachtung wurde es festgestellt, dass das Uhrwerk fehlerhaft funktionierte. Sie haben das neue passende Uhrwerk für meine Uhr extra bestellt und es ausgetauscht -- in Anbetracht des Aufwandes war es nicht sonderlich teuer. Die Uhr funktioniert schon das zweite Jahr tadellos :) I had a very rare California wristwatch. Unfortunately, the time on the clock was never right and changing the battery didn't help. I took advice from this master watchmaker. After an appraisal, it was found that the movement was malfunctioning. You ordered the new suitable movement for my watch and replaced it - considering the effort it was not particularly expensive. The watch has already worked perfectly for the second year :)
