Komplett dreckig, ekelig, es stinkt kein mitarbeiter weit und breit und die waschmaschinen sind alle deffekt. Meine waschmaschine ist deffekt und als ich die wäsche rausgenommen habe war die komplett nass, als ich dann die Nummer für Störungen angerufen habe hat ein Mitarbeiter am Handy gesagt das es zurzeit keinen Technik Mitarbeiter gibt weil der nicht weis wo der grad ist. Also das ist ja das letzte. Ich hab jetzt eine zerstörte wäsche im wert von 300€ und der mitarbeiter wollte mir eine Gutschrift per Email für 6€ zugeschickenHAHAHA. Danke für nichts. Also sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Eine frechheit. Jetzt sitze ich hier mit kaputter und nasser wäsche. So I would not recommend anyone to visit this laundromat. Completely dirty, disgusting, not a single employee stinks far and wide and the washing machines are all defective. My washing machine is broken and when I took out the laundry it was completely wet, when I called the number for faults an employee said on the cell phone that there is currently no technical employee because he doesn't know where the degree is. So that's the last one. I now have a destroyed laundry worth 300€ and the employee wanted to send me a credit note by email for 6€HAHAHA. Thanks for nothing. So I've never experienced anything like that. An impudence. Now I'm sitting here with broken and wet laundry.
M	Marc_11K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ selten so einen unsaubere waschsalon gesehen. Salon öffnet um 6 Uhr morgens, und man könnte meinen, dass es direkt nach der Öffnung sauber sein würde. Aber das ist wohl zu viel verlangt. Ich bezweifle, dass jemand in der Nacht, zwischen 22 Uhr und 6 Uhr, sauber gemacht hat. Die Maschinen sind alle eine katastrophe. waschpulverreste in jeder einzelnen Maschine. sah jetzt nicht so aus, als ob die Reste vom Vorgänger wären. Ich vermute, dass die Maschinen ganz einfach nicht gesäubert werden... obwohl man sich von einem waschsalon erwarten dürfte, dass man die Maschinen regelmäßig säubert. waschmittelreste entfernen, selbstreinigungs-waschgang usw. Aber nein, das gibt's hier nicht. Ich weiß zwar nicht wie dir anderen Salons in der Umgebung aussehen, aber dieser hier ist keine Alternative, das steht fest. seldom seen such a messy laundromat. Salon opens at 6am and you'd think it would be clean right after it opened. But that's probably too much to ask. I doubt anyone cleaned up that night between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The machines are all a disaster. washing powder residues in every single machine. now didn't look as if the leftovers were from the previous one. My guess is that the machines are simply not being cleaned ... although a laundromat would be expected to clean the machines on a regular basis. Remove detergent residues, self-cleaning wash cycle, etc. But no, that's not available here. I don't know what other salons in the area look like, but this one isn't an alternative, that's for sure.

It is dirty and there is a rat trap in plain sight on the floor!!! After my laundry is finished I will never return. Go somewhere else it is worth the extra 15 minutes to get there.

It was late though, so I get that the stuff like that can happen. But actually it suposse to be one star. The prices are also pretty high... This is 10 not the 1 district.
B	Brady Fish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put the clothes and soap in FIRST. Then pay at the easy cash machine. Spits out all coins so dun break a big bill. Cheaper than Green & Clean. Cheapest wash is 5 Euros. Cheapest dry is 4 Euros. The washers on the left have 4 settings. Watch which one you choose! One of the choices is 2 hours!! Picture included. Numbers at bottom right is the wash duration. Number to the left of that is the temperature.

The prices are fair, the machines work just fine, and with Google translate it was easy to use (I know zero German). The payment machine is electronic and tells you time remaining on any machines in use. Unlike others I searched for nearby, no card or app is needed and the machine gives change. Appreciated the tables available to fold my clothes. Supermarket next door if you want to buy better soap than the 1€ tabs offered. Felt perfectly safe leaving my clothes unattended.
M	Margot Edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed Filthy Some machines out of order, no one on site to mark these inoperable machines as OUT OF ORDER. So pay €6.50 for 30mins dryer, and HAD TO PAY AGAIN to use another dryer. 1 of the Washing machines I used didn't spin at ALL, clothes were soaking when opened machine. ALL MACHINES have buttons with BARELY visible numbers making the use thereof VERY unfriendly and difficult. Thankfully some other patrons were able to recommend their recently used machines as WORKING WELL! I was quite prepared to clean, sweep IF ANY equipment was available. Apparently Monday it gets cleaned... guess what! I was there in SUNDAY! Don't think I will go there EVER again.
