Mr. Markus Ltrn you must have mixed up the business, you received a package from DHL and picked it up from Troststrasse 49, only the business name is different. The consolation mobile is number 47 and has no DHL parcel shop or TV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verstehen kaum Deutsch und verstanden nicht, dass ich mein Paket abholen wollte. Fernseher war lautstark aufgedreht und es lief eind türkische Seifenoper während die Dame irgendwann auf den Paketstapel an der Tür deute und ich mir meines raus suchen sollte.
Barely understand German and did not understand that I wanted to pick up my package. The TV was loudly turned up and a Turkish soap opera was playing while the lady at some point pointed to the stack of packages at the door and I was supposed to look for mine.

The man behind the counter was incredibly unfriendly. He neither greeted me nor said goodbye (probably because I am a woman). Looking into a customer's eyes seems like an impossibility for them. A very negative experience
