das Fleisch war - im Gegensatz zum Hühnerspiess - schön angebraten und geschichtetes Fleisch, kein faschiertes.
das mit dem Messer runtergeschnittene Fleisch hat gut nach Kalb geschmeckt und war nicht zu trocken oder zäh.
das Rotkraut war schön weich, genau die richtige Menge Petersilie bei den Zwiebeln, nicht zu viel.
die Yoghurtsauce schön dezent, die rote scharfe Sauce tatsächlich scharf und schmeckt super.
sehr freundlicher Verkäufer und sauberes Lokal.
Fazit: sehr guter Kebab woalles perfekt zusammen gepasst hat. kann ich sehr empfehlen!
 3.9 euros for veal kebab, very good homemade bread, good portion.
the meat was - in contrast to the chicken skewer - nicely seared and layered meat, not minced.
the meat cut down with the knife tasted good like veal and was not too dry or tough.
the red cabbage was nice and soft, just the right amount of parsley for the onions, not too much.
the yoghurt sauce is nice and subtle, the red hot sauce is actually hot and tastes great.
very friendly seller and clean eatery.
Conclusion: very good kebab where everything went perfectly together. I can highly recommend it!
