N	Neil Hohmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located across from metro. Only coins accepted, no bills. No change machine at location. Construction in front of building obscures storefront and gives appearance that it's no longer open for business (but it is). No one on duty when I was there.

The dryer took over 90 minutes to dry (had to pay two times 45 minutes each) cost me 15€ just to wash a small load of laundry would not reccomend

B	Brent Bristol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok. On a trip to Vienna, wanted to do some laundry. It was early so no one there. Put my 7 Euros for the 10kg size washer and select washer number 11. Washer 3 turns on which is a smaller 7kg washer. So be careful, wiring for which washer you get seems way off

J	Jessica Awad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Used two washing machines and a dryer, none of which worked properly. Spent 15 euros total and the clothes were still wet. Would have been better off just washing them in the hotel sink. Total rip off.
