Also ich werd um dieses "Fachgeschäft" in Zukunft einen großen Bogen machen ... Absolutely not recommendable. The employees are just as incompetent as they are arrogant and unfriendly. So I will avoid this "specialty shop" in the future ...

Die Beratung und Kommunikation, sei es via Mail, Telefon oder durch die persönliche äußerst kompetente Beratung direkt im Geschäftslokal, basierte immer auf professionellster Ebene. So verließ ich ein Gespräch mit Fragen nie ohne einer Antwort. Das Geschäftslokal ist großräumig und gut sortiert, sehr sauber und ordentlich! Es gibt eine große Anzahl an Neuwaffen diverser Hersteller, sowie ein beachtliches Gebrauchtwaffenangebot. Herr Klaus Enengl und sein Team sind immer bemüht, eine individeuelle und perfekt passende Lösung für einen zu finden. Auch ist die große Werkstatt mit hauseigener Brünierung ist in meinen Augen ein großer Pluspunkt, da nicht alles außer Haus gegeben werden muss und verringert so lästige Wartezeiten. Das Anglerherz kommt auch im Hause Enengl nicht zu kurz, und so bekommt man neben Fischereikarten für diverse Reviere, auch ein gutes Sortiment für den Angelsport geboten. Als Fazit kann ich jedem, egal ob Profi, oder Einsteiger die Waldviertler Jagdstube von Herrn Enengl nur sehr empfehlen und bewerte mit ruhigen und besten Wissen und Gewissen mit 5 Sternen! I have known the business or the company since childhood and have never been disappointed! The advice and communication, be it via email, telephone or through personal, extremely competent advice directly in the business premises, was always based on the most professional level. So I never left a conversation with questions without an answer. The business premises are spacious and well sorted, very clean and tidy! There is a large number of new weapons from various manufacturers, as well as a considerable range of used weapons. Mr. Klaus Enengl and his team are always trying to find an individual and perfectly fitting solution for you. The large workshop with in-house bluing is also a big plus in my opinion, as not everything has to be outsourced and thus reduces annoying waiting times. The angler's heart is not neglected at Enengl either, and in addition to fishing permits for various areas, you also get a good range of products for angling. In conclusion, I can only highly recommend Mr. Enengl's Waldviertler Jagdstube to everyone, whether professional or beginner, and rate it with 5 stars with the best of knowledge and conscience!
