F	Freddy Thal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich gute Preise und Aktionen, was aber die mangelnde Kundenfreundlichkeit, die ich leider schon mehrmals spürte, nicht wirklich wieder gut machen kann. Gemäß dem Motto: entweder nimm es wie es ist, oder kauf es halt bei wem anderen. Basically good prices and promotions, but this cannot really make up for the lack of customer friendliness, which I have unfortunately felt several times. According to the motto: either take it as it is or buy it from someone else.

Da man ja schon mal ne Stunde in der Schlange steht hatte ich Zeit das Chaos zu beobachten: Problem ist das da jeder alles macht…ideal wäre ein Pult für Waffenkauf/Beratung, Pult für Abholung, Shop/Zubehör Beratung und FIX wer an der Kassa…wenn ich in den Store fahre nehm ich mir 3 Stunden Zeit…..Beste Auswahl und Preise in OÖ!

Fragen werden beantwortet, Papierkram schnell erledigt. Tolle Leute, toller Schießstand, viel Auswahl an Waffen, Mun. und Zubehör. Immer wieder schön dort zu sein:) Even with a large number of customers, you will be served or advised and with a high degree of competence. Questions are answered, paperwork is done quickly. Great people, great shooting range, lots of choice of weapons, mun. and additional equipment. Always nice to be there :)

Leider gab es einen defekt, für den aber nur der Hersteller (Ruger) und nicht der Shootingstore was kann: Bereits nach dem ersten Schuss wurde die Hülse nicht ausgezogen - also musste ich die Waffe zur Reparatur vor Ort lassen, welche aber innerhalb von ein paar Tagen problemlos und natürlich kostenlos erledigt wurde. War auch in einigen anderen Geschäften, aber bezüglich Beratung fühle ich mich hier am wohlsten und nehme die 1.5h anfahrt jedesmal in Kauf. Das einzig negative, dass ich zu berichten habe, aber eher als konstruktive kritik zu sehen ist, ist, dass ich mir bei meinem ersten Besuch ein wenig so vorkam wie wenn ich direkt von vornherein so behandelt wurde als wäre ich einer "der nur schaut aber eh nix kauft", erst als das "nehm ich" meinerseits kam, wurde der Umgang etwas lockerer. Kann mir schon vorstellen dass viele Leute nur zum schauen kommen, und mich persönlich hat es jetzt nicht wirklich gestört, aber ich könnte mir vorstellen dass das den ein oder anderen dazu verleitet dann doch nicht zu kaufen, wenns wie bei mir um mehrere tausend Euro geht. Unfortunately, there was one defective, but only the manufacturer (Ruger) and not the shooting store can do anything: After the first shot, the case wasn't pulled out - so I had to leave the gun on site for repairs, but it was done within a couple of times Days was done without any problems and of course free of charge. Was also in a few other shops, but when it comes to advice, I feel most comfortable here and always accept the 1.5 hour journey. The only negative thing I have to report, but should be seen more as a constructive criticism, is that on my first visit I felt a little like if I was treated from the outset as if I were someone who just looks but eh nothing buys ", only when the" I'll take "came on my part, the dealings became a little more relaxed. Meine Antwort das wir ein Ärztliches Attest haben wurden wir aus dem Geschäft verwiesen. Die tragen die Nase einen halben Meter über dem Kopf. Einmal und nie wieder! Bleiben Sie bei der Wahrheit wir waren schon vorher auch im Geschäft gingen mal in den Keller auf das WC und kamen danach wieder ins Geschäft da wurden wir angesprochen und darauf mussten wir unfreiwillig gehen........ So war es! Were there today, staff unfriendly no hello or good day after about half an hour where is the mask...... My answer that we have a medical certificate we were expelled from the shop. They wear their noses half a meter above their heads. Once and never again! Stick to the truth, we were in the shop before, went to the basement to use the toilet and then came back to the shop when we were spoken to and we had to go involuntarily........ That's how it was!

On the other hand, the MAK mounts have very delicate screws, and one was damaged in the mount, I asked them for replacement screws and I have no answer. EDITED: Not only did I send the mail that they indicate in the review, send two previous ones of which I did not have any answer, but they have not yet answered the last mail. So the customer service that I claim is still not being attended to by you.
