★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich, hab im Internet extra geschaut wie die Öffnungszeiten sind, weil ich vom Waldviertel komme und siehe da einfach geschlossen wegen irgendeinem schießwettbewerb ... war aber nirgendwo angeschrieben .. so ... jetzt stehst da kannst 50 Minuten wieder heim fahren , und wenn ich so dort einkaufen bin stehen die Mitarbeiter beieinander und Tratschen man wird begrüßt aber keiner frag ob man behilflich sein kann ...
Unfriendly, I checked the opening times on the internet because I'm from the Waldviertel and lo and behold, closed because of some shooting competition ... but wasn't written anywhere ... so ... now you can drive home for 50 minutes, and if you do I am shopping there, the employees stand together and gossip you are greeted but no one asks if you can be helpful ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein Walther Luftgewehr LGV fabriksneu gekauft plus Zielfernrohr, Montage von Kettner. Erste Montage: Tiefschuss auf 10 m -> 60cm, KEINE Höhenkorrektur mehr möglich, nur noch tiefer. Reklamierte, - Kettner montierte andere Montage-Version plus Waffe eingeschossen. Bei dieser Montage wackelt das Zielfernrohr trotz aller fest angezogenen Schrauben links/rechts ca. +3mm!!!! Zusätzlich hat der gute "Kettner-Spezialist" bei der Montage die Schwalbenschwanzführung grob beschädigt!!!! Als "Sahnehäubchen" des rigiden "Kundendienstes" wurde auf meine Frage nach der fehlenden Schaft-Backen-Fixierschraube, ob eine Solche im Geschäft vorhanden sei, vom Verkäufer folgendes geantwortet: "Ich GLAUBE nicht" !!!! KEINE Anstalten eines Nachsehens auf das Vorhanden-seins einer Schraube des guten Mannes, KEINE Regung irgendeiner Kunden-Service-Leistung!!!! Eine derartige Frechheit ist mir während der vielen Jahre noch NIE untergekommen. Daher mein Rat: MEIDEN!!!
Have bought a Walther airgun LGV factory new plus rifle scope, installation of Kettner. First assembly: low shot at 10 m -> 60cm, NO height correction possible, only deeper. Complained, - Kettner mounted other mounting version plus gun shot. In this assembly, the riflescope wiggles despite all firmly tightened screws left / right about + 3mm !!!! In addition, the good "Kettner specialist" has grossly damaged the dovetail guide during assembly !!!! As a "cherry on top" of the rigid "customer service" was on my question about the missing shaft-jaw-fixing screw, whether such a present in the shop, the seller replied the following: "I do not believe" !!!! NO institutions on the lookout for a good man screw, NO emotion of any customer service performance !!!! Such impudence has never come to me during the many years. Therefore my advice: MEIDEN !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte 3 Schachtel RWS 30.06 SPEED TIP Pro Patronen bestellen leider wurde mir gesagt das dieses Model heuer nicht mehr lieferbar sei komischerweise habe ich danach bei einem Mitbewerber ganz normal diese Patronen bestellen können diese sind nächste Woche Mittwoch da. Da frag ich mich ja warum soll man da überhaupt nochmal zum Kettner gehen? Die wollen eben nicht verkaufen was Sie nicht lagernd haben!!!
Wanted to order 3 boxes of RWS 30.06 SPEED TIP Pro cartridges Unfortunately I was told that this model was no longer available this year. Strangely, I was then able to order these cartridges as normal from a competitor. They will be there next week on Wednesday. I wonder why you should go to the Kettner again? They just don't want to sell what you don't have in stock !!!
