★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde von dem LKW fahrer fast niedergefahren trotzdessen das ich auf der überholspur war wurde auf meinen Vorrang verzichtet und fast mitm anderen Auto im Autobahn zusammen gequätscht.
Laut Polizei wird die Firma Angezeigt kenzeichen aufgeschrieben! Solche Fahrer gehören vorraus ins gefängniss!
Was almost driven down by the truck driver despite that I was in the fast lane, my priority was waived and almost squeezed together with another car in the highway.
According to the police, the company will display the registered trademark! Such drivers should go to prison first!

Firma mit hohem technischem Niveau.
Die Pflege und Instandhaltung der Geräte und Fahrzeuge ist gut. Der Support für Mitarbeiter und Kunden ist, soweit ich das bisher als Mitarbeiter mitbekam, ebenfalls gut.
"Geiz ist geil" Mentalität herrscht aber in der Führungsetage gegenüber den Fahrern. Auch wenn diese massig Überstunden, und öfters an Sonn- und Feiertagen Sonderdienste leisten.
Hier wird leider, was Lohn und Spesen angeht, zu viel versprochen.€ 10,56 für einen qualifizierten LKW Fahrer/ Maschinenbediener, empfinde ich als Geiz. Man hält sich nicht an die Absprachen/Zusagen. Schlussendlich finden sich am Lohnzettel die fix vereinbarten Beträge nicht. In meinem Fall fehlten auch öfters geleistete Stunden, Zulagen und Spesen am Lohnzettel, in schmerzhafter Höhe.
Gerade bei Auswärtsnächtigungen gibt es keinen ausreichenden Ersatz der Zusatzkosten.
Begehrt man gegen die herrschenden Bedingungen auf, will man mit Kollegen über den Lohn reden, wird man verleumdet und schlecht gemacht. Kein guter Stil. Betriebsrat, - gibts nicht. Als Fahrer zählt man nichts.
Aus Sicht eines Fahrers der von seinem Lohn leben muss, daher leider nicht gut zu bewerten. Ich frage mich, ob ein profitables Unternehmen so handeln muss.
Der von mir besetzte Arbeitsplatz wird ca. jährlich neu vergeben, ist dauerhaft ausgeschrieben. Kein Fahrer bleibt auf diesem Job länger. Warum wohl?
EVERYTHING GOOD UP TO PAYMENT

"Stinginess is cool" mentality prevails but in the management floor opposite the drivers. Even if they are doing a lot of overtime, and often on Sundays and public holidays special services.
Here, unfortunately, as far as wages and expenses are concerned, too much promised. € 10.56 for a qualified truck driver / machine operator, I feel like stinginess. You do not stick to the agreements / commitments. Finally, the fixed pay amounts are not found on the payslip. In my case also often missed hours, supplements and expenses were missing on the pay slip, in painful amount.
Especially with away nights there is no sufficient replacement of additional costs.
If one craves the prevailing conditions, one wants to talk with colleagues about the wages, one is slandered and made bad. Not a good style. Works Council, - does not exist. As a driver, you count nothing.
From the point of view of a driver who has to live off his wages, so unfortunately not very good. I wonder if a profitable company has to act that way.
The job that I occupy is reassigned annually, is permanently advertised. No driver stays longer on this job. I wonder why?
