Danach bat ich um kurze Beratung hinsichtlich eines Produktes, das meine Locken haltbar machen soll, die ich mit meinem Dyson Airwrap drehe, wurde mir schnippisch geantwortet: “Kenn I net!” “Kein Problem, es ist ein Lockenstab!” Abermals genervt: “Kenn I net! Hama net!” (Wollte hier auch keine Überzeugungsarbeit leisten?)
An der Kassa wurde mir dann trotz -20% beim Kauf von 3 Produkten (Shampoo, Haarpflege) der Rabatt einfach NiCHT abgezogen. Ja bitte, was ist denn da los? Ich werde nicht wieder beim Frunpark einkaufen. Roma Passage dagegen ist absolut kundenorientiert und sehr freundlich!
Unfortunately, I too have to agree with the previous speaker. Although I was alone in the shop and kindly asked for a product, I was initially ignored. After that, I asked for a little advice on a product to make my curls that I curl with my Dyson Airwrap last, and the answer was snippy: "I don't know!" "No problem, it's a curling iron!" Annoyed again: “I don't know! Hama net!” (Didn't want to do any convincing here either ?)
At the checkout, the discount was simply NOT deducted from me despite -20% when buying 3 products (shampoo, hair care). Yes please, what's going on there? I will not shop at Frunpark again. Roma Passage, on the other hand, is absolutely customer-oriented and very friendly!
