Warte nun seit mehr als 6 Monaten auf einen Rückruf oder auf eine WhatsApp Antwort. Leider sehr unzuverlässig bei Whirlpool Reparaturen! Muss mich wohl auf die Suche nach einer anderen Whirlpool Rep. Firma machen! After the first phone call, including a description of the fault, I was assured that he would like to repair my whirlpool (not that easy with the Willis brand). Have been waiting for a call back or a WhatsApp answer for more than 6 months. Unfortunately very unreliable for whirlpool repairs! Must be looking for another hot tub rep. Company!

Alles hat geklappt wie am Schnürchen: Extrem freundlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässlich. Vielen Dank an Herrn Deutsch und seinen Mitarbeitern für Ihre Sorgsamkeit und Kundenorientierung, nix ging kaputt und alles klappte bestens! Ich hatte mir vorgenommen sofort eine positive ((und ehrliche) Bewertung zu schreiben - habe das leider dann im Übersiedlung-Streß vergessen,. We moved from Upper Austria to Burgenland in September 2020 and the Hraback company relocated our belongings. Everything went like clockwork: extremely friendly, uncomplicated and reliable. Many thanks to Mr. Deutsch and his employees for their care and customer orientation, nothing broke and everything went well! I had decided to write a positive (and honest) review straight away - unfortunately I forgot that in the stress of relocation. I would like to make up for that: We can recommend this company without reservation and thank you very much again!

Der Umzug war schnell erledigt, da alle Mitarbeiter mit viel Hausverstand anpacken. Alle Absprachen wurden eingehalten und trotz der Distanz war alles pünktlich da. Verlässlicher Service und beeindruckend wie freundlich alle bei der Arbeit waren. Hier zählt noch Handschlagqualität und der Chef packt persönlich mit an. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
