★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservierung Online abgegeben. Eine Woche mehrfach am Tag versucht telefonisch in Erfahrung zu bringen ob die Reservierung in Ordnung ist. Immer wieder Rückruf versprochen bekommen hat sich aber keiner gemeldet. 15 Minuten vor Reservierungsstart dann die Auskunft, dass sie kein Gerät mehr da haben. Hätte ich das früher gewusst hätte ich wenigstens woanders zu reservieren versuchen können.
Reservation submitted online. A week several times a day tries to find out by phone whether the reservation is in order. Repeatedly promised callbacks but no one answered. 15 minutes before the start of the reservation, the information that you no longer have a device. If I had known that earlier, I could at least have tried to make reservations elsewhere.
