Ich sehe ein, dass ein Mieter für Abnutzungserscheinungen aufkommen muss, dafür möchte ich dann aber die Rechnung haben, nicht nur die Kostenaufstellung. Besonders ärgerlich sind 2x 75 Euro Anfahrtskosten für eine Reparatur die nicht durchgeführt wurde. Um den Preis kann man sich (fast) eine Stunde lang eine Limousiene in Salzburg mieten! Was soll das bitte?!? Ebenfalls als Wucher empfinde ich eine Betriebskostennachzahlung von ca. 145€ in nur 6 Monaten des Kalenderjahres! Zumindest habe ich in Zukunft nichts mehr mit diesen Gaunern zu tun!!! undressed'm more than eight months, 500 euros were deducted from the deposit. I realize that a tenant must pay for wear and tear, but I would then have the bill, not only the financial statements. Especially annoying are 2x 75 euros travel costs for a repair that was not performed. At the price you can (almost) for one hour to rent an Limousiene in Salzburg! What is this please?!? Also as usury I feel a cost of additional payment of about 145 € in just 6 months of the calendar year! At least I have nothing more to do in the future with these crooks !!!
