Unsere heutige Bewertung bezieht sich auf die noch offene Kaution - auf die wir seit über einem Monat warten (14 Tage wurden uns schriftlich zugeschert) und die (nachdem endlich jemand auf unsere Anrufe und Emails reagiert hat) auf ein falsches Konto überwiesen wurde. Wie das passieren konnte, konnte uns leider niemand erklären. Auf die Frage wann wir das Geld auf das richtige Konto überwiesen bekommen wurde uns leider nur gesagt, dass das geprüft wird. Leider ist es so langsam nicht mehr lustig. Wir sind bereits aus der Wohnung ausgezogen, weil wir nichts mehr mit dieser Firma und den wöchentenlich wechselnden Ansprechpartnern zu tun haben wollten und nun müssen wir auch noch um die noch offene Kaution kämpfen. Auf dem Übergabeformular stand das richtige Konto drauf und trotzdem haben sie es geschafft an ein anderes Konto das Geld zu überweisen und wir sollen uns darum kümmern? Na herzlichen Dank.. Über die Unfreundlichkeit und Inkompetenz brauche ich glaube ich nichts mehr sagen.. die Bewertungen hier sprechen für sich. Sollten wir unsere Kaution nicht so schnell wie möglich erhalten werden wir rechtliche Schritte einleiten müssen. Wenn Sie sich viel Ärger ersparen wollen, dann rate ich ihnen wirklich herzlichst von dieser Firma fern zu bleiben I have already described our bad experiences while we were still living in an * cough * apartment that was "looked after" by ÖRAG. Our rating today relates to the still open deposit - for which we have been waiting for over a month (14 days were given to us in writing) and which (after someone finally responded to our calls and emails) was transferred to the wrong account. Unfortunately, no one could explain to us how this could happen. When asked when we would get the money transferred to the correct account, we were unfortunately only told that it would be checked. Unfortunately it's not funny anymore. We have already moved out of the apartment because we no longer wanted to have anything to do with this company and the contact persons, who change every week, and now we have to fight for the deposit that is still open. The right account was on the transfer form and you still managed to transfer the money to another account and you want us to take care of it? Thank you very much .. I don't think I need to say anything more about the rudeness and incompetence .. the reviews here speak for themselves. If we do not receive our deposit as soon as possible, we will have to take legal action. If you want to save yourself a lot of trouble then I really advise you to stay away from this company

Frau Petra Reiß, at Salzburg, lied to us (told us she spoke to the owner asking for something but she never actually did), also when she realized there was a mistake, she didn't inform us, resulting on us having to pay an extra month rent. Specially hard on a difficult year like this one, as I lost my income as the result of COVID. She gave us her word and she didn't kept it. Her word has no worth. Stay away from ÖRAG!

After many failures to find something good I have decided to check Immobilien companies and try my luck. One of them was ÖRAG. Looked through their offerings and some really good ones. Applied. After a couple of minutes ÖRAG representative called me to get some more info on what I was looking for. Ms. Dimmy was very friendly and professional. We have scheduled an apartment visit and it was even better than on the pictures. I could not believe that I have found something that I was exactly looking for. Sent my application and within a matter of days I was approved. Onboarding process was simple with no underground rocks and hidden fees. I would like to thank Ms. Dimmy for her professionalism and for the great apartment. I still cannot believe that I’ve got such an amazing deal)))
