It has its perks, and the food is pretty good for the most part. The Tapas Mix was truly a waste of money but sushi, the kitcha roll and sticks and tuna steak were great. The main reason for a bad review is that it really feels like you're in McDonald's, as it is quite crowded, the waiters are rushing over and under you, plates get taken from you even if you haven't finished, you start ordering and the waiter leaves before you even finish etc. etc. All in all wouldn't say it's a nice and relaxing place to have dinner at, more like an overcrowded fast food like place with "higher quality" food.

If I could post two different reviews, I would. Food is excellent, 4 stars if not 5. What caused the low rating is that we haven't been treated this rudely in what considers itself a fancy restaurant in Vienna's first district. Not only did they constantly forget our orders, we were also told that the table is only reserved for two hours after the two hours were over and we had just ordered another round of drinks. Double-checked and also in the confirmation mail the 2-hour limitation isn't stated anywhere. Very disappointed.

Absolutely delicious food. Sushi was equisite. Service is all over the place though. Got our food before our drinks. Whole table served at different times, up to 20 mins difference at times. Very friendly, but clearly overwhelmed.

Very nice place, excellent food and services. Been here twice already, and tasted the ramen, sushi, sticks, edamame and some spicy Japanese chicken. All dishes were super delicious. Big recommend!

Excellent rolls. We tried five different sort, all very very good. Ambiance is nice but it is crowded. Don’t expect an excellent service -they do the best they can.

Do these Sushi Rolls make you hungry? ? The rolls from @kitcha.at with stunning looks taste very good ?and the grilled meat sticks with their sauce also have wonderful flavors. ? Their interior looks very gorgeous ? It was full of people in the restaurant when we got there and we would have missed out on this nice meal if we did not reserve a table ?✌?✌?✌️ We had: • Dragon Roll • Spicy Tuna Roll • Beef sticks • Chicken sticks PS: Kitcha has two locations. One is named Kitcha-Sticks & Rolls, another is named Kitcha- Sushi Taco & Grill.

VERY good pork ramen! Loved it. The Matcha Lemonade was simply the stuff of LEGENDS! Atmosphere was wonderful. Beautiful restaurant. Really cool design concept. Definitely will come back. I'm already looking forward to it :) Keep up the great work!

We visited KitchA last Thursday, and ordered the following (meatless): for starters: * SWEET POTATOE TEMPURA FRIES - Fried sweet potatoes with mayo sauce and A-LOT of garlic inside, great dish! * CRISPY SPRINGROLL VEGGIE - medium, can be dropped. For main dish: * CHICKEN SWEET SOUR - like in Chinese fast-food restaurants, fried. Nothing special in this dish and we didn't finish it. * GRILLED SALMON (added extra rice) - very tasty, recommended. * GREEN POWER - Very special roll, wasn't cut good (can be seen at the photo) but the taste made up for it :-) For desserts: * DORAYAKI - Japanese pancakes filled with Nutella chocolate, waste of money and calories. * FLAMED SESAME ICECREAM - The best part of dinner! the ice cream is flamed next to the table, and the waiter asks if you would like to record it (for Instagram etc.). For drinks: * KITCHA SPRITZ - bitter. * LYCHEE SPRITZ - not sweet enough. The general feeling of the meal was that all the dishes were taken from pre-purchased packages, and were not prepared in the restaurant. The food did not feel fresh and was not prepared at that moment, for example - the pancakes were really dry. The place is very nicely decorated and very clean, the service is a bit slow (the restaurant was very busy) even though we booked a table in advance. On my next visit to Vienna I will probably try other places ...
