Billige Verarbeitung und einige Baufehler ersichtlich. Gefälle auf Terrasse / Regenrinne nicht ausreichend. Viele Risse in der Fassade. Leider kommt zu diesen Punkten auf Nachfrage seit mehreren Jahren kein Feedback vom Bauträger. Ich kann Viriot nicht weiterempfehlen Luxury property in Klosterneuburg. Erhebliche Baumängel: Laut quietschende Duschtasse (Füsse waren nicht angezogen) Tellwolle fehlt ca 1.5 m2 im Bad Estrich steht mit dem Ytongstein der Duschtasse fest verbunden am Kanalrohr an (Problem der Schallübertragung) Rigipsplatten erste Lage nicht verspachtelt bei den Stössen Fliesen teilweise 3 mm schief Ich könnte hier noch weiter Mängel aufzählen. Die Chefin Frau Madani putzt sich ab weil ich vor. 4 Jahren nicht Erstkäufer war. Mein Rechtsanwalt wird eingeschaltet. Eine Firma, die mit berechtigten Reklamationen so umgeht ist für mich ein Grund, bei Viriot keine Immobilie mehr zu kaufen. Ich kann alle Mängel mit Fotos beweisen.
