Uns wurde das Unternehmen Maler Matkovic seitens einem Wohnungseigentümer empfohlen, da wir unsere Wohnung ausmalen mussten. Ich selbst bin in der Baubranche tätig und darf eines mit höchster Freude mitteilen, dass ich die Aussage aus der Canisiusgasse nicht bestätigen kann. Das Unternehmen Maler Matkovic, ist eines der saubersten Unternehmen die mir bekannt sind. Arbeiten wurden schnell, sauber und sehr professionell durchgeführt. Ich würde und werde dieses Unternehmen auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

We were recommended the company Maler Matkovic by a homeowner because we had to paint our apartment. I myself am active in the construction industry and I am pleased to inform you that I can not confirm the statement from Canisiusgasse. The company painter Matkovic, is one of the cleanest companies I know. Work was done quickly, cleanly and very professionally. I would definitely recommend this company.

Am 27.9. haben Maler in unserem Eigentumshaus Canisiusgasse im 9. Bezirk gearbeitet, bei einer privaten Partei. Meine Nachbarin hat die Herren gebeten, ihre Arbeiten nicht am Gang durchzuführen, wegen der Geruchsbelästigung. Das haben die Herrschaften überhört, und meinten, sie verdünnen ja nur mit Wasser. Viele Stunden haben sie ihre Lacks und Malerfarben verwendet und angerührt, und das auf der Allgemeinfläche. (und nachher auch nicht sauber aufgewaschen oder alles wirklich ordentlich hinterlassen/Wasserflaschen, Papier, Staub, etc.) Da es sich nicht um eine Baustelle handelt, ist das ein absolutes "No go". Ich würde diese Firma nicht buchen. 3 Parteien fanden diese Firma frech, außerdem telefonierten sie laut (in Fremdsprache) bzw. unterhielten sich, und nebenan gibt es Leute, die in ihren Wohnungen lernen, arbeiten müssen oder einfach ihre Ruhe möchten. Ein Betrieb, der so lange tätig ist (laut Homepage) aber sich weder in Österreich integriert/sozialisiert hat, geschweige den die Beschwerden der Bewohner hört und entsprechend handelt. Pfui!

On 27.9. Painters have worked in our property house Canisiusgasse in the 9th district, at a private party. My neighbor has asked the gentlemen, not to carry out their work in the corridor, because of the odor nuisance. The gentlemen have overheard that, and thought that they dilute only with water. For many hours they used and mixed their paints and paints on the general surface. (and afterwards not washed clean or left everything really neat / water bottles, paper, dust, etc.) Since it is not a construction site, this is an absolute "no go". I would not book this company. Three parties found this company outrageous, they also spoke loudly (in foreign language) or talked to each other, and next door there are people who need to study, work or simply want to be quiet in their apartments. A company that operates for so long (according to the homepage) but has neither integrated / socialized in Austria, let alone hear the complaints of the inhabitants and act accordingly. Pooh!
