 If you are looking for simplicity here .... you have found it. Huge room and excellent cleanliness, abundant and delicious breakfast, the lady is very kind and helpful. The villa is full of furniture, various objects and porcelain, but overall they like it. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very special Villa with lots of old and odd stuff. The host was very friendly and the breakfast was great. The pool was also a good size and very relaxing. Great view over Kitzbühel and the alps. The rooms were clean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Had a pre-paid reservation for 2 rooms at Villa Mellon for 2 nights. Upon arrival, the host was absent and after getting in touch from calling, informed us they had rented out our rooms to someone else. We were basically stranded in town and had to find a last minute accommodation far away. They were very unprofessional and this is no way to conduct business. Would not recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A old villa located close to the centrum. It's like 10 mins walking distance to the center. View from the villa is pretty good. It is run by an old lady who was so kind to us. Room was clean and tidy. Although we had a private bathroom it was outside the room in the hallway. Rooms are not sound proof in anyway. Also there was no wifi at rooms. Only at the front door we had WiFi. Breakfast was good. Place has a lot of old junk items lying here and there. Value for money is very less as we experienced.
