★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big positive suprise when I checked in during my off season vacation: They gave me a massive upgrade, and so I could stay in superb room 411 with a fantastic view towards the mountains.
I booked directly with the hotel and got me a very good rate including breakfast, which was great as well.
Staff was friendly, city shuttle as well.
Only downsides were numerous big scratches on the bed´s recline and massive water temperature fluctuations in the shower with a danger of scalding yourself.
Without these downsides, this hotel would have received a straight 5 stars from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel rooms with a cute bathroom setting.
The famous spa with a 50 m pool on the top overlooking Kitzbühel is - unfortunately - an architectural accident.
Friendly service, great breakfast. We did not like the dining room - it is a large hall - but the food was great.
I would give it 5 stars except for interior design and the spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Views are stunning. Rooms are spacious but dated. Beds very hard. Pool area amazing. Breakfast fantastic. Dinner on the half board option that they heavily promote was very average at best. Real let down. Felt like second class citizens in the dining room. Asked 3 times for a kettle to make a cup of tea in our room. Was promised but never delivered- kept getting excuses about it. Only option was to use expensive room service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our whole experience at the hotel was sublime. The spa is of great quality and has superb views. Staff was very kind and attending. Even after check out, the hotel still provides you with transport and ski wardrobe, so you can go skiing and they have changing rooms so you can use the spa as well even when you are no longer technically a 'guest' at the hotel. Would definitely visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect summer getaway from the hellish heat and chaos of the summer literally everywhere else. Loved every bit of it, panotamic views from the room and excellent indoor panoramic pool and panoramic sauna. Friendly and super professional staff make the experience even better. Definitely staying here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good spa and pool. kitchen okay. Each heater from all 3 different rooms knocks you out of your bed at half past two at night. The reception staff is terrible and there is no room service and no kitchen or anything after 9pm. If you arrive at 08.45pm like us, you have to go to another hotel to get a sausage o4 something to eat after 6 hours roadtrip in the snow Chaos ..the told we Arena sorry but we van do Nottingham.... the manager should be fired! We got some food at hotel resch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great time for a weeklong ski trip. Was really convenient having the ski shop rental in the hotel and a ski room for storage. Free shuttle to the mountain. Fabulous breakfast and spa with a huge pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
