G	Gary Greer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel for the price. Stayed 2 nights. Nice showers. No air conditioning which was an issue. It was extremely hot in Vienna during our stay. The fan provided kept us going. Didn't try the breakfast. Plenty of food and shops nearby. Bus stop is pretty much outside the door.

It has been exactly what I would expect for the hotel 50-60 euro/night end even more. I can imagine that the hotel has different rooms and we have book our room almost 6 month in advance. As the result we have had a room on the top floor with the balcony and bath. Good, hard mattresses. The hotel is a bit worn our but just a bit. Yet again... it is not a 4 stat hotel to expect that everything is perfect. The only negative part is that there is no option to have a tea. There are no teapots in the rooms, neither downstairs but it has been known in advance, hence cannot really give 4 stars for it. The location is excellent. The bus stops in-front and it takes 20 minutes to get to the Opera.

J	Julian Pani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty. Stained bedsheets with blood or god knows what. We couldn't sleep in that bed, and left. The receptionist didn't seem surprised to see us leave after 1 hour, and didn't even ask why. Looks like we are not the first to run away from there. They insisted that we pay cash so 60€ were lost (more like stolen)
O	OLGA MOLINER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOY OLGA MOLINER scoundrels WE CANNOT ENTER THE COUNTRY BECAUSE IT IS CONFINED, THE HOTEL'S RESPONSE IS TO SAY THAT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING. ALL OF THIS BECAUSE I HAVE PAID IN ADVANCE, SINCE I HAVE TAKEN ALL WEEK PRAYING TO CANCEL THE ROOM. HARD FACE MONEY IS EARNED BY WORKING, NOT STEALING.
U	Usman Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good hotel. Room was quite comfortable and cozy and bathroom was brand new and quite spacious. Staff was not friendly but cooperative like taxi was available in minutes. No complains as such so highly recommended.

I had the proof that I recovered from Covid19, but the guy at the entrance wouldnt let us go in. He didn't wanted to give us our money back and we had no place to stay. He basically scammed us for 150Euros. extremely bad experience with this hotel and staff!!!
v	vanesa basheva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good one. Interesting art and they use nice natural shampoos and soaps. The location is great as well. It‘s not in the city center which makes it quite affordable, and yet you‘re just 10min away from the center with the U4.
