Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit (wir haben gleich einen Stadtplan bekommen mit Wegen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten) Nice, clean, a few minutes from the castle Schönbrunn. Reception staff very helpful (we got a map right away with directions to all attractions)

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich mit Herz um die Gäste und gibt gute Ausflugtipps. Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht riesig, aber völlig ausreichend. Parken in der Tiefgarage für 9 € die Nacht auch in Ordnung. Guter WLAN-Empfang im ganzen Zimmer. Wir haben leider laut Fluchtplan wohl das kleinste Zimmer bekommen, daher leider etwas beengt. Sanitäranlagen und Einrichtung sowie Bett haben ihre besten Jahre hinter sich. Soweit aber, bis auf ein Haar im Waschbecken, sehr sauber. Zimmer war ruhig zum Hinterhof gelgen. Leider keine Klima. Preis-Leistung passt insgesamt aber für Wien. We were very satisfied with our visit. The location is great, right next to Schönbrunn and the subway next door. The staff is very friendly and looks after the guests with heart and gives good excursion tips. Breakfast buffet is not huge, but quite adequate. Parking in the garage for 9 € the night also fine. Good Wi-Fi reception in the whole room. Unfortunately we got the smallest room according to the escape plan, so unfortunately a bit cramped. Sanitary facilities and furnishings as well as bed have their best years behind them. As far as that, except for a nap in the sink, very clean. Room was quiet to the backyard gelgen. Unfortunately no climate. Price-performance fits but overall for Vienna.

Dennoch ist es dort sehr sauber und nettes Personal. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl Vertrag, satt wird man aber. Das hotel hat eine gute Lage und ist zügig mit der u Bahn und wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Alles im allen ein solides hotel, welches alt geworden aber dennoch gut ist! Old but very well-kept hotel. The decor is getting old and could be exchanged again. Nevertheless, it is very clean and nice staff. The breakfast could be a little more choice contract, but you get fed up. The hotel has a good location and is easily accessible by subway and a few steps. All in all a solid hotel that has grown old but is still good!

Schönbrunn ist ca. 400m weg und die U-Bahn ist auch gleich in der nähe. Einrichtung ist etwas älter aber sehr gepflegt. Für einen Wien Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen Super pension. Staff is friendly and helpful. The garage is less than 10 meters from the hotel entrance. Schönbrunn is about 400m away and the subway is also nearby. Furniture is a bit older but very well maintained. Highly recommended for a stay in Vienna
P	P. Stamatov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preis-Leistung absolut top! Die Lage ist super (U-Bahn, Bus-Haltestelle und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe). Es ist ein historisches Gebäude mit authentischem Flair. Man kann hier die Geschichte fast spüren. Die Zimmer sind absolut sauber und gut gestaltet, und werden täglich (!) gereinigt. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zu 110% zufrieden. Price-performance absolutely top! The location is great (metro, bus stop and nearby attractions). It is a historic building with authentic flair. You can almost feel the story here. The rooms are absolutely clean and well designed, and are cleaned daily (!). The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We were 110% satisfied.
G	Günter Gröner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel liegt an der Einfahrtstraße zur Stadtmitte sehr Verkehrsgünstig nur wenige Minuten vom Schloss Schönbrunn entfernt. Da war es von Vorteil, dass zum Hotel eine Tiefgarage gehört. So konnten wir während des ganzen Aufenthalts alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit der U-bahn erreichen, die nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt ist. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer. Die Zimmer, alle zum Garten, sind sehr ruhig und groß. Die Hotelleitung war sehr zuvorkommend , freundlich und hat uns anhand einer Wiener Karte sehr gute Tipps zu den Fahrpläne und Routen gegeben. So war es ein Stressfreier Aufenthalt in Wien und wir werden das Hotel gerne Empfehlen. Das nächste mal kommen wir gerne wieder. The hotel is located on the entrance road to the city center, very conveniently located just a few minutes from Schönbrunn Palace. It was an advantage that the hotel had an underground car park. During the whole stay we were able to reach all sights with the subway, which is only 5 minutes away on foot. We had a double room. The rooms, all facing the garden, are very quiet and large. The hotel management was very courteous, friendly and gave us very good tips on timetables and routes based on a Vienna map. So it was a stress-free stay in Vienna and we will happily recommend the hotel. We'd love to come back next time.
