R	Rena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe bei booking einen Aufenthalt gebucht und im Sept. 20 kostenlos storniert. Meine Kreditkarte wurde sofort belastet. Bis heute Nov. 20 habe ich trotz mehrmaliger Mahnung keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Booked a stay with booking and canceled it in September 20 for free. My credit card was charged immediately. Until today, Nov. 20, I have not received a refund despite several reminders.

Nach der Stornierung weigerte man sich den Betrag zurück zu buchen. Es wurden etliche Falschaussagen getätigt, welche ich immer mühsam wiederlegen musste. Nach Zahlreichen Mails und Telefonaten mit booking.com (das Hotel war telefonisch für mich nie erreichbar) und unter Androhung von rechtlichen Schritten wurde der Betrag unter Druck von booking.com dann nach 5 Monaten!! doch noch zurück gebucht. Ich kann jedem von diesem "Hotel" abraten!! Danke an booking.com für die Unterstützung! Due to the Corona, we had to cancel a booked night. The amount for the overnight stay was debited months in advance. After the cancellation, they refused to post the amount back. A number of false statements were made, which I always had to laboriously refute. After numerous emails and phone calls with booking.com (the hotel was never reachable for me by phone) and under threat of legal action, the amount was then under pressure from booking.com after 5 months !! but still booked back. I can advise everyone against this "hotel"! Thanks to booking.com for the support!
I	Ines Vogt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss leider sagen, dass man dort besser nicht buchen sollte!! Ich tat es im Dezember 2019 über Booking. Sofort wurde meine Kreditkarte mit der Hälfte belastet. Im Januar, ein halbes Jahr vor Ende der Frist, storniert. Sofort wurde die zweite Hälfte abgebucht. Ich habe ein halbes Jahr gekämpft, leider ließ mich auch Booking trotz Versprechungen im Stich. Habe es einem Anwalt übergeben, aber diese Unterkunft lügt und weigert sich die ZU UNRECHT abgebuchte Summe zurück zu zahlen. Unfortunately I have to say that it is better not to book there !! I did it through Booking in December 2019. Half of my credit card was charged immediately. Canceled in January, half a year before the deadline. The second half was debited immediately. I fought for half a year, unfortunately Booking let me down, despite promises. Handed it over to a lawyer, but this property is lying and refusing to repay the INCORRECTLY debited amount.
B	Birthe Nehls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch ich habe 5,5 Monate vor der Anreise kostenfrei über booking.com storniert und warte immer noch auf die Rückzahlung meiner Vorauszahlung. Es werden sogar gefälschte Zahlungsbelege gesendet. Leider vertröstet auch booking immer wieder, obwohl denen nun inzwischen die Probleme mit der Unterkunft bekannt sind. I also canceled free of charge via booking.com 5.5 months before arrival and am still waiting for my prepayment to be repaid. Fake payment receipts are even sent. Unfortunately, booking is putting off again and again, although they are now aware of the problems with the accommodation.

Букинг (booking.com) даже не шевелятся, требуют с арендатора подтверждение от банка, что деньги не возвращались. Предоставляли... А воз и ныне там. Прошёл год..... The payment for the reservation is not refunded, although the cancellation was made within the prescribed time frame. They send fake "refund" checks. Booking (booking.com) does not even move, they require a confirmation from the tenant from the bank that the money has not been returned. Provided ... And things are still there. A year has passed ...

I booked through booking.com with a free cancellation option however the hotel charged me half my stay soon after I booked and refused to refund back when I cancelled. I had to contact them through booking.com several times but they refused to refund back my card and asked me for my IBAN which would cost me unnecessary bank charges. They even confirmed that they would refund me the wrong amount. I am still waiting for my refund. Booking.com customer care were very helpful.
