S	Slávek Doležal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Numa in Berlin was better. Numa in Vienna was disappointment that the quality of the rooms is different. We do not know if we will use the num in other countries. Stranger and dirty socks behind the curtain. Missing shampoos and soap unlike Numa in Berlin. The room facing the street has poor window sealing - noise from the street. We were promised two classic beds and we only got one classic bed and a pull-out couch. Missing detergents.

a	arie du on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason that I gave 4 starts and not 5 is: When we arrived we received apartment that was not as reserved by us. It was semi basement apartment. We reserved apartment with city view. I complained and at the following day we received great apartment. Very large, bright, very nice. Location: 10 starts. Not far from the center but most important - 3 minutes walk from metro station (U4 & U6). Amenities: great kitchen Supermarket: 5 minutes walk. Service: very good.
I	Igor Sokolov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exactly the same problem as mentioned already by other guests, as I can see. Seems the situation repeats over and over again... Booked a spacious apartment with two double beds. Right on the day of arrival received a message that the category will be lower (one double bed + one sofa). Compensation of 15% doesn't compensate the rate difference at all. Plus stressful last minute change for the guests. That's our offer, we won't do more about it, take it or leave it - is the response.

Everything positively surprised us: the way of Check in, the comfort and facilities of the room (very useful utensils), the items left for welcome (drinks in the fridge, coffee capsules, etc...) and also the location of tourist spots and access to markets, etc.

Automated online check-in. Pin code secured entrances. Automated online check-out. The place is clean, plenty of towels, very comfortable bed. Everything was perfect for a perfect stay. I will get back to this was nice time for sure
Y	Yiming Jack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The self digital check in is a great and easy solution. The rooms were very clean and was very nicely furnished with aesthetically pleasing colors and design. Apon arrival we also received a whole free mini which is quite rare. The customer support was also really friendly and helpful. Room 52 is probably the one of the best rooms on the hotel because of the ceiling windows giving a great view.
