R	Ronja Höffler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirklich fraglich , dass man wenn man kurz die Maske in der Pause runter gibt und tief ein und ausatmen möchte, wie ein kleines Kind von Elliott, dem Kursleiter darauf hingewiesen wird sofort die Maske aufzusetzen ! Auf mein : Kurz bitte mir ist furchtbar schwindlig und ich habe Herzrasen ( ist bekannt und dazu gibt es eine Diagnose ) , kam ein dann geh raus auf die Terrasse - spannende Hilfeleistung , vor allem wenn ich bedenke das drei Plätze weiter andere Kursteilnehmer essen, wohlgemerkt OHNE Maske ! Darauf hin bin ich auf den Gang gegangen er ist mir nachgerannt um mich ja nochmal auf die Maske hinzuweisen wo ich sag : he mir ist wirklich nicht gut bitte gib mir zwei Minuten! ( sogar andere Kursteilnehmer kamen zu mir und haben gefragt ob alles gut ist ob ich Wasser brauche etc ) sagt er : dann geh zum Arzt du kriegst einen Ersatz Termin. Von Ihm etwas über erste Hilfe lernen , wobei er selber anscheinend in der Praxis inkompetent ist und wie es scheint etwas kompensiert damit jemandem ‚etwas Sagen‘ zu können finde ich fraglich! Dennoch hat er sich auf seine Art und Weise im Kurs bemüht , dem kann man trotz meinem wirklichen Ärger über seine Reaktion und die Art und Weise, nix nachsagen, aber vielleicht könnte man ihm das mal ans Herz legen, dass es eine fragwürdige, meiner Meinung nach falsche Reaktion war und mit Erwachsenen nicht wie mit kleinen Kindern gesprochen werden muss. It's really questionable that if you put the mask down during the break and want to breathe in and out deeply, like a small child from Elliott, the course instructor will tell you to put the mask on immediately! To my: Please, I'm terribly dizzy and I have a racing heart (this is known and there's a diagnosis for that), someone came, then go out onto the terrace - exciting help, especially when I consider that three seats away other course participants are eating, mind you Without mask ! I went out into the hallway and he ran after me to point out the mask again, where I said: hey, I'm really not feeling well, please give me two minutes! (Even other course participants came to me and asked if everything was okay, if I needed water, etc.) he says: then go to the doctor and you'll get an alternative appointment. Learning something about first aid from him, although he himself is apparently incompetent in practice and how it seems to be somewhat compensated by being able to 'say something' to someone, I find questionable! Nevertheless, he made an effort in his own way in the course, despite my real annoyance about his reaction and the way, you can't say anything about him, but maybe you could recommend him that it's a questionable, in my opinion after the wrong reaction and you don't have to talk to adults like you do to small children.

Alles wurde gut erklärt und es war eine balanzierte Abwechslung zwischen Theorie und Praxis. Würde ich definitiv jedem empfehlen! I did a 16h basic first aid course and I had a lot of fun! Everything was explained well and there was a balanced alternation between theory and practice. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Nur wäre nett gewesen, wenn es eine Kantine geben würde und ein Essen im Kurspreis inbegriffen wäre. Hat aber nichts mit der Qualität des Unterrichtes zu tun. The lessons are pretty professional and everything went really well. It would only have been nice if there would be a canteen and a meal included in the course price. But has nothing to do with the quality of the teaching.

Leider allgemein bekannt, sich 3-5 attraktive junge Damen aus den Kurs auszuwählen, die natürlich mit Bravour jeden Test bestehen, sowie auch die Abschlussprüfung ? des weiteren nach dieser Ausbildung ist man verpflichtet, den Kurs Betrag im Unternehmen abzuarbeiten, wodurch man regelrecht von der Teamleitung geknechtet wird. Nach 1 Jahr Dauerstress, 10 Tage Dienste, Ruf Bereitschaft, Wochenendedienste war ich 7 Tage krank... Da musste ich mir eine Standpauke von der Heim Hilfe Leiterin Frau G. Anhören. Der Slogan: aus Liebe zum Menschen? Lächerlich! Aus Liebe zum Geld trifft wohl eher... Alte Menschen sind dort nur ware! Besser weiterziehen...
