Zusätzlich: Beschwerden von Zahlenden Kursteilnehmern werden nicht ernst genommen. Bad experience as a "free customer". No support from the HR office. Additionally: Complaints from paying students are not taken seriously.

Zum Glück war es nicht so teuer und die Teile der Preis werden normalerweise durch den AK-Gutschein abgedeckt. Online advanced Excel andererseits ist inadäquat, veraltet und es ist beschämend, dass jemand dafür irgendwas bezahlen sollte, wenn es tausendmal bessere Kurse gibt, umsonst auf Youtube - oder für 10 € bei Udemy. F	Felix Justh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das BFI Wien ist grundsätzlich sehr angenehm. Die Professorenevaluierung allerdings wird komplett ignoriert. Es gibt eine Lehrerin am BFI (Martina K) die wirklich unfassbaren Schwachsinn unterrichtet. Ich habe in meiner Zeit bei der Berufsreifeprüfung Gesundheit und Soziales (mit 1 abgeschlossen, die Wut kommt wirklich nicht von einer versagten Matura) sehr gelitten. Ihre Lehrmittel (Knowledgefox) sind komplett fehlerdurchseucht (40 Screenshots von falschen Karten aus 120). Nun setzt sie mit ihrem neuen Lehrbuch beim Traunerverlag (bei dem sie mitgewirkt hat und wieder völlig versagt wurde beim Layout, abgesehen von innhaltlichen Fehlern) dem ganzen die Krone auf. Ich habe das als offizielle Beschwerde ans BFI geschickt und bei der Evaluierung, samt detaillierten Protokollen des Unterrichtes und wurde zur Gänze ignoriert. Das ist der einzige Grund warum es nur einen Stern gibt. Das Fach Gesundheit und soziales ist wunderbar und extrem interessant und diese Lehrpersohn tritt die Qualität aufs Unterste Niveau. Sie gibt außerdem erste Hilfe Kurse beim Roten Kreuz, wenn ich deren Ausbildungszentrum leiten würde würde ich mich zutiefst schämen. The BFI Vienna is basically very pleasant. However, the professor's evaluation is completely ignored. There is a teacher at the BFI (Martina K) who teaches really unbelievable nonsense. I suffered a lot in my time at the vocational maturity exam in health and social affairs (graduated with 1, the anger really doesn't come from a failed Matura). Your teaching aids (Knowledgefox) are completely riddled with errors (40 screenshots of wrong cards from 120). Now, with her new textbook at Traunerverlag (in which she participated and was again completely unsuccessful with the layout, apart from errors in the content), she tops it all off. I sent this as an official complaint to the BFI and during the evaluation, including detailed minutes of the lessons, and was completely ignored. That is the only reason there is only one star. The subject of health and social affairs is wonderful and extremely interesting and this teacher takes the quality to the lowest level. She also gives first aid courses at the Red Cross, if I were to run their training center I would be deeply ashamed.

Einen einzigen möglichen Kontakt gefunden, doch die Dame verwies mich an eine Kollegin, diese war nicht erreichbar und antwortete auch nicht auf meine E-Mails. Immer noch habe ich keine Zugangsdaten, obwohl der Kurs vollständig von mir bezahlt wurde. Wenn man ein gutes zuverlässiges Institut für E-Learning sucht, dann ist man bei BFI definitiv falsch! The course fee for an online language course has been collected in full. Did not receive any login data for days. Found only one possible contact, but the lady referred me to a colleague who was not available and did not answer my emails either. I still don't have any login data, although I paid for the course in full. If you are looking for a good, reliable institute for e-learning, then you are definitely wrong with BFI!
