D	Da Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meinem Kater mit Schnupfen in der Ordination und ging mit einer Rechnung von € 226,— nach Hause ohne genauere Aufklärung der Kosten während der Behandlung. Für eine Katzenordination sind € 60 schon ein stolzer Preis, aber dann für eine Ohrenreinigung extra € 45 zu verlangen ist schon fast unverschämt, aus 1 Röntgen wurden 2 usw..., auf meine Beschwerde per Mail wurde nicht mehr darauf eingegangen. Ich war 15 Jahre lang bei Dr. Meißel aber ich fühle mich hier nicht mehr gut aufgehoben. I went to the ordination with my cat with a cold and went home with a bill of € 226, - without further clarification of the costs during the treatment. For a cat ordination, € 60 is a proud price, but then to charge an extra € 45 for an ear cleaning is almost outrageous, 1 x-ray became 2 etc ..., my complaint by e-mail was no longer dealt with. I was with Dr. Chisel but I don't feel that I'm in good hands here anymore.

Wir hatten einen Notfall mit unserem Kater und durften sofort vorbeikommen - bei Frau Dr. Hofmann und Team fühlten wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben und unser Stubentiger wurde komplett durchgecheckt. Vielen Dank! Very nice team and competent help! We had an emergency with our hangover and were allowed to come over immediately - to Dr. Hofmann and his team felt we were in very good hands and our house tiger was completely checked out. Nun stellte sich heraus, dass die Diagnose vollkommen falsch war und ganz andere Maßnahmen erforderlich gewesen wären, viel Leid erspart geblieben wäre und Zucht durchaus möglich gewesen wäre. About a year ago we received a devastating diagnosis for our dog, which had far-reaching consequences (severe movement restrictions, castration....). Now it turned out that the diagnosis was completely wrong and completely different measures would have been necessary, a lot of suffering would have been spared and breeding would have been possible.

K	K. Biebel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Tierklinik Oberalm for months with my 2 ferrets and had only positive experiences with them. It´s a really modern clinic with contemporary equipment and professional staff. They are also good at communication: they could explain the problems we faced in simple words despite my poor German and were really compassionate and kind to us and our animals. We have seen 3 different doctors while our visits and I had feeling, that they didn´t just do their work but they all really cared for the animals and treated them as real persons which they are in fact. One of my pets got skin cancer removed and other one had a severe heart disease, but they managed to blow back the life into her for 2 times despite hoplessly seeming condition. It gave us some more beautiful months to spend with her before she passed away to the Rainbowland... As we are living 1,5 hours to drive from Oberalm, they managed to advice us every time we needed some help on phone.. I really appreciate that. Our special thank you to Dr Biebel, which is one of the kindest vets we ever met! I am really glad that we found them- behind impressive webpage is a great animal clinic, which is doing their best to help and which really cares.
