Bei komplexeren Fällen wurden wir immer gut beraten und zu sehr kompetenten Fachleuten weiterempfohlen. Very empathetic staff. Appointments always worked well over the phone. Allow puppy positive build up from veterinarian: inside. In more complex cases, we were always well advised and recommended to very competent experts.

Ich kann die Tierärzte nur wärmstens empfehlen!! I have been with my pet for 12 years with my pet at the small animal practice Josefiau and I am very satisfied - we were always very well looked after. Wir fühlen uns sehr gut aufgehoben und würden die Praxis jederzeit weiterempfehlen Very competent doctors. I'm always amazed at how lovingly my little anxious patient is treated. We feel very well looked after and would recommend the practice at any time

Eine Bekannte wurde neulich mit ihrer Katze nicht hereingelassen, weil sie keinen Code hatte. Die Katze musste dringend versorgt werden. Und wenn der Freund nicht von einem Freund mit einem "Code" begleitet worden wäre, weiß niemand, wie sich dies auf die Gesundheit der Katze ausgewirkt hätte. Offenbar ist der Ruf dieser Klinik eine leere Hülle. Und sie denken nicht daran, dass 25 % ihrer Kundschaft einfach nicht mehr zu ihnen kommen werden, wenn diese ganze 2G-Sache eingestellt wird. Es ist eine Schande. ?‍♀️ I would recommend it to anyone. ?Diskriminierung for reasons of health. Access is only 2G. A friend was recently not let in with her cat because she had no code. The cat had to be urgently taken care of. And if the friend had not been accompanied by a friend with a "code", no one knows how this would have affected the health of the cat. Apparently, the reputation of this hospital is an empty shell. And they do not remember that 25% of their clientele if this whole 2G matter is set just will not come more to them. It's a shame. ?♀️

Sowohl Arzt, als auch die jungen Damen sehr sehr freundlich! Ich bin sehr zufrieden!!! Was allowed to make my first experience with the small animal practice today. Everything was communicated professionally and extremely nicely. Both the doctor and the young ladies are very, very friendly! I'm very satisfied!!!
