Mein sonst eher grantiger Hund fühlte sich jedoch wohl und ging ohne wenn und aber mit der Assistentin mit. Bedanken möchte ich mich für die spontane Behandlung, den Umgang mit dem Patienten und die kompetente Beratung! N	Nathalie Kienzle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wurde uns erst nach einem Tag (von Dr Papst selbst) mitgeteilt, dass sie nicht am Darm operiert. DasTier wurde über Nacht dabehalten anstatt uns gleich an die Tierklinik zu überweisen, was dem Tier Stress erspart hätte und uns Extrakosten.(abkassiert wurde natürlich). Vielleicht hätte unser kleiner Kater überlebt, wenn wir ihn direkt in die Klinik gebracht hätten. Unfortunately, it was only after a day that we were informed (by Dr Pope himself) that she would not operate on the bowel. The animal was kept there overnight instead of being referred to the veterinary clinic straight away, which would have saved the animal stress and extra costs for us (of course, we got paid). Maybe our little cat would have survived if we had taken him straight to the clinic.

Genau das ist in unserem Fall passiert. Außerdem ist dadurch Zeit verloren gegangen, die vielleicht jetzt unseren Kater für seine Rettung fehlt! Wir sind maßlos enttäuscht und werden unsere anderen Tiere sicher nicht mehr dieser Ärztin anvertrauten. Unsere Katze Lucy war bei ihr in den besten Händen und auch wir konnten uns bei schwierigen Entscheidungen voll auf sie verlassen. Auch ihr Team ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Danke!!!
