★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited for an evening meal as or hotel was fully booked !!!! What no room for guests anyway really pleasant meal and courteous service I would recommend this place for a visit

No towels in wellness centre so guests have to use the same 2 towels brought down from room for the entire day Even though they're soaking wet!! &move them each time 1 goes place to place! Bathrobes are of poor cheap quality. Spa smells disgusting, like damp mould & perspiration, no fragrances are used anywhere in the spa or saunas/steams, even the alleged "aroma steam" has ABSOLUTELY NO aroma. Not remotely good compared to other spas in the area, extremely frugal penny pinching establishment.
The hotel also has rooms in another independent building 100+ meters up the road which makes it very inconvenient accessing spa & restaurants as they are in the main building so guests have to walk up & down the road all day as there is no tunnel connecting the two buildings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the people. Everything is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean and inviting. The choice of saunas and relaxation rooms is top notch. I can't recommend this place enough.
