★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr guter und kompetenter Service! Bei meinem Trekkingrad sind manche Gänge durchgerutscht. Nach Austausch von Kleinmaterial und Einstellarbeiten war das Problem gelöst.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann den velodoc auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
Very good and competent service! Some gears slipped on my trekking bike. The problem was solved after the exchange of small material and adjustments.
I am very satisfied and can definitely recommend the velodoc!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz fix ausgemachtem Termin, stand ich vor verschlossenen Türen ohne Türklinke im Schneeregen.
Auf mehrfache Anrufe (Festnetz und Mobil) wurde nicht reagiert, nach zwei SMS kam dann eine halbe Stunde später, die lapidare fadenscheinige Antwort "es war nicht geplant, dass ich krank bin".
Es wäre so einfach gewesen anzurufen und den Termin abzusagen, jeder würde das verstehen. Aber sowas verstehe ich nicht.
Ich wünsch' trotzdem gute Besserung.
Meine Euros für's Rad-Service und Bikefitting wird wohl jemand anders bekommen, wo der Kundenservice an erster Stelle steht und professionell gearbeitet wird.
Despite a fixed appointment, I stood in front of closed doors without a doorknob in the sleet.
There was no response to multiple calls (landline and mobile), after two text messages came half an hour later, the succinct, flimsy answer "It was not planned that I would be ill".
It would have been so easy to call and cancel the appointment, anyone would understand. But I don't understand that.
I still wish you a speedy recovery.
My euros for bike service and bike fitting will probably get someone else, where customer service comes first and is done professionally.
