+ one star is for the taste, which is good
− ice cream scoops got way smaller
− price for a scoop of mixed flavour got also higher (2,7 eur), but the portion got even smaller (where is the logic?)
− all "special" flavours are priced higher and those usually make up 90% of all flavours
− ice cream was already melting when I got it (in my opinion ice cream should be as cold as possible in order to eat it properly)
− there is no use of napkins, when you are served in a scone (also after handling the money) , which I find not too hygienic, especially in covid times
In conclusion, you used to get bigger scoops for less money.
