J	Jessica Nilsson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good at all. Ordered 1 ice cream flavour, but I had to pay for 2 flavours. So I guess I got a bigger ice cream, but I only wanted 1 ball. And also, it's not very nice when there are places to sit at and I am told that the ice cream is only to go.. So I couldn't sit there. Rude staff

Their customer service is amazing, anytime you call them or you would like to change something with what you ordered, they fix it as soon as possible even in busy hours they try to help every single customer in their store. Their store is very big, so even in very busy hours (like summer) no one is squashed in between people.

Ordered 2 scoops for my daughters and we went to sit down in a TOTALLY empty restaurant. Then out of the blue came one VERY RUDE guy with greasy hair and told us that if we want to sit down we needed to order something to drink or eat. So at this place you have to order somethinng more than ice cream to be allowed to sit down. NEVER heard or seen ANYTHING like it!!!!! Dont bother to go there, unless you want RUDE service!

While the lines for Zenoni grew ever-longer, you could find me at Hoher Markt, where the people are nice, the gelato is good, and, despite the horse manure smell of Hoher Markt (get rid of the Fiakers already), oke can enjoy a nice delight here. I comes less these days as there are now so many really good ice cream places in Vienna these days - including ones close to my apartment — but this is a classic.
A	Adrian Mihaltianu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent gelato, but way overhyped, you can get the same quality or even better at other gelaterias in the area. And by no means is this typical of the true, hand-made Italian gelato, it’s just your run-of-the-mill commercial ice cream. What you can’t get is to sit at a table when three quarters of the gelateria are empty, because you ordered at the counter. I understand if the gelateria is almost full, not almost empty. And, interestingly, other gelaterias in the area understand this too, as they allowed us to sit both when we ordered at the table, and when we ordered at the counter. It’s the same money. The waiter was adamant I had to go, even if I was the ONLY one at a table inside. If you want to relax, perhaps it’s best to search for the other gelaterias in the area.

As a place near the center of Vienna i think the prices are right. Try it, you will not regret. We bought after eight, but there are so many other things to buy.

I have been going to this place every year when it opens for business in April month. Lots of ice cream flavours and other snacks such as toasts and pancakes. And off course, Italian coffee.
