We had awful smell in the bathroom.. nobody done anything about it. The just left the bacony door open so when we come back to the room after 4 hours out it was terrible cold... The kids were not allowed to make any noise at the kids club and were forbidden to play with part of the toys. They were supposed to sit there and to draw quietly...
We did not feel welcome at all..
Will not recommend it for families ..
