Betten wurden nicht zusammengehängt, sodass wir fast zwischen durchgefallen sind! Rezeption die gesamten 4 Tage nicht besetzt, Babybett wurde trotz Information vergessen und musste aus dem Nachbarhotel besorgt werden! Im Ganzen für diesen Preis absolut abzuraten! Gibt es viel schönere und gute Hotels in der Nähe! No cleaning of the rooms despite offsetting! No shower in the bathroom, bad air is filthy! Beds were not hung together, so we almost fell through between! Reception the entire 4 days not occupied, baby bed was despite information forgotten and had to be provided from the neighboring hotel! On the whole for this price absolutely not recommended! Are there many nicer and good hotels nearby!
M	Maurizio Perozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo bellissimo fermo nel tempo avvolto nei profumi e nella bellezza dell'ambiente....purtroppo come sempre la regola.. qualità prezzo non esiste...prezzi alti...qualità del cibo scadente...il servizio lascia a desiderare...e per poter portare i bagagli in camera...specialmente con il mal tempo diventa un problema...perche tocca parcheggiare distante dall'albergo...e per di più a pagamento! Sicché da un sogno in un posto magnifico senza tempo dai mille profumi....per colpa dell' uomo avido ... assetato del vile profitto....diventa un incubo! Un vero peccato. Beautiful place stopped in time wrapped in the scents and the beauty of the environment .... unfortunately as always the rule .. price quality does not exist ... high prices ... quality of poor food ... the service leaves something to be desired. ..and to be able to carry your luggage in the room ... especially with bad weather it becomes a problem ... because it's up to park away from the hotel ... and what's more for a fee! So that from a dream in a magnificent place without time with a thousand scents .... because of the greedy man ... thirsting for the vile profit ... it becomes a nightmare! Such a pity.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren mehr als bemüht, ich wurde an meinem Geburtstag sogar mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit am Zimmer überrascht, nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Einen kleinen Abzug muss ich leider für das doch etwas einfache Frühstücksbuffet (recht wenig Auswahl und vor allem wurde nicht von alleine nachgefüllt) vergeben A really extraordinary hotel in the historical ambience of the monastery! All employees were more than willing to try, I was even surprised with a little present in my room on my birthday, thanks again for that! Unfortunately I have to give a small deduction for the somewhat simple breakfast buffet (very little selection and, above all, it was not refilled by itself)

Das angeschlossene Restaurant, in welchem auch das gut bestückte Frühstückbueffet steht, bietet eine tollen Service. Der Blick von der Terrasse über den See ist perfekt. Historic ambience with modern rooms in a great location right on the lake. The adjoining restaurant, which also has a well-stocked breakfast buffet, offers great service. The view from the terrace over the lake is perfect.
