Ich habe die virtuelle Ordination der Frau Doktor in Anspruch genommen da diese sehr beworben wird auf der Homepage und auch weil mein Hautzustand sich mit Hilde der Fotos gut klären lässt. Auf alle meine Fragen welche ich mit den Fotos mitgeschickt habe, bekam ich keine Antwort, legiglich die Info dass man meinen Hautzustand doch erst in der ordination weiter besprechen müsste. Mit dieser Antwort wurde auch der Chat sofort beendet, mit einer Honorrarnote von eur 65,00. Als ich dann die ordination kontaktiert habe um nach einem Termin zu fragen, wurde mir ohne Begrüßung mitgeteilt dass ich wieder eine Gebühr von eur 120,00 bezahlen müsste (obwohl eine Therapie mit Vitamin A vorgeschlagen wurde) Was ich hiermit sagen will ist nicht dass ich nicht bereit bin eine Praxisgebühr zu bezahlen, sondern dass scheinbar die virtuelle Praxis nur dazu da ist, den Leuten in dieser schweren Zeit Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen, denn eur 65,00 für einen Satz a la leider kann ich ihnen so nicht helfen, kommt mir etwas überzogen vor. Wenigstens hätte man doch in dem Fall eine Ermäßigung des Ordinationsbeitrags dem Kunden welcher ich nun bin , anbieten können. I took advantage of the doctor's virtual ordination because it is advertised a lot on the homepage and also because my skin condition can be clarified with Hilde in the photos. I got no answer to all of my questions that I sent with the photos, only the information that my skin condition would have to be discussed further in the ordination. With this answer, the chat was ended immediately, with a fee of EUR 65.00. When I then contacted the ordination to ask for an appointment, I was informed without a greeting that I would have to pay a fee of EUR 120.00 again (although a therapy with vitamin A was suggested) What I mean to say is not that I am not willing to pay a practice fee, but that the virtual practice is apparently only there to pull money out of people's pockets during this difficult time, because EUR 65.00 for a set of a Unfortunately, I can't help you like this, it seems a bit excessive. At least in that case one could have offered a reduction in the ordination fee to the customer who I am now.

Looks at her patients holistically (which is always very important to me) Came to her with a few "aches and pains" and immediately received the right therapy + medication, which also led to success. She documents very precisely using photos in order to see the successes at the next appointment. She explains everything exactly and you know very well about your diagnosis.

Dr. El Shabrawi-Caelen konnte ich meinen genetischen Haarausfall stoppen und mir sind dank des Haarwassers innerhalb eines halben Jahres sogar ein Teil der ausgefallenen Haare nachgewachsen (siehe Vorher/Nachher Foto).
