Und nach dem ganzen Geld verschwenden sind meine Zähne wieder schief ! Für dieses Geld könnte Mann komplette Zähne machen lassen ! Nie wieder dr Jonke 2 years long treatment 8000 € braces! 500 night braces! And € 300 if the ritener falls out and brings it back in. And after wasting all that money, my teeth are crooked again! For this money you could have complete teeth made! Never again dr Jonke
S	Serap Gün on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind total zufrieden, es beginnt schon an der Rezeption alle sehr nett und freundlich. Der Herr Prof Dr. Jonke ist auch ein sehr netter Arzt. Bin froh das wir uns für seine Ordination entschieden haben. We are totally satisfied, it starts at the reception, everyone is very nice and friendly. Prof. Dr. Jonke is a very nice doctor too. I'm glad we decided to have his ordination.
E	Elisabeth Honzik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt leider nicht keinen * Waren sehr froh eine Gratiszahspange für meinen Sohn zu bekommen, hätte ich aber gewusst wie unfreundlich man dort behandelt wird und wie fast unmöglich es ist einen Ersatzttermin zu bekommen, wenn das Kind krank ist, wäre ich lieber wieder dort hin gegangen wo ich mit meiner Tochter war und VIEL zahlen musste. Er war leider bei Terminen krank, ich kann ihn aber auch nicht mit Fieber schicken, da die Temperatur gemessen wird (zumindest bei seinem letzten Termin). Kann ein Termin nicht wahr genommen werden bekommt man erst wieder einen neuen 1 Monat später ("früher ist nichts frei") ==> kann ich mir schwer vorstellen bei den Coronazahlen, da sagen sicher viele Patienten ab. Notfalltermine (Bracket runter gegangen) gibt es auch frühestens in 1 Woche und es ist nicht möglich dann gleich den Kontrolltermin dazu zu machen. Hoffe wir haben das alles blad überstanden und bekommen dann eine ordentliche Nachbtreuung. Und danach ist es nicht mal annähernd wie versprochen. Den Arzt sieht man am Anfang vlt paar mal ansonsten nie wieder. Wen man sich beschwert wird man nur irgendwie hingehalten mit leeren Versprechungen. Hat am Ende nicht mal den Anstand sich selber blicken zu lassen und für die miese Arbeit gerade zu stehen. Nein, im Gegenteil! Man überlässt diese Arbeit seiner Buchhalterin! Einfach nur traurig das Theater dort.. Ich könnte hier noch ewig weiterschreiben, aber die Zeit ist es mir nicht Wert. 4 Jahre vergeudet sollte reichen.. Nie wieder JONKE!! Sollte sich schämen!! You see the doctor at the beginning maybe a few times otherwise never again. If you complain, you're just kind of stalled with empty promises. D	D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte öfters probleme mit meiner Zahnspange (obwohl ich alle anweisungen und Ratschläge befolgt habe) und musste deswegen auch oft Notfalltermine machen und jedes mal wurde ich extrem unfreundlich empfangen und fast schon ausgeschimpft wie schlecht meine Zähne geputzt sind obwohl ich immer explizit darauf hingewießen habe das ich leider keine Zeit hatte sie vor dem Termin zu putzen. Außerdem wurde mir auch gesgt wie schlecht mein Zahnfleisch sei, ohne mir je zu erzälen was eigentlich falsch ist und wie ich es behandeln könnte. Die einzige Person die mich wirklich nett empfangen hat war der Artzt an sich aber sonst waren alle sehr unhöflich . I often had problems with my braces (although I followed all the instructions and advice) and therefore often had to make emergency appointments and every time I was received extremely unfriendly and almost scolded for how badly my teeth were brushed, although I always explicitly pointed out that I was unfortunately she didn't have time to clean before the appointment. I was also told how bad my gums were without ever telling me what was actually wrong and how I could treat it. The only person who really welcomed me was the doctor himself, but everyone else was very rude.
J	Johanna F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sehr teuer, Praxis macht den Eindruck von Massenabfertigung, man wurde auch gleich nach amerikanischen Konzept geduzt von Assistenten, finde ich unpassend, Arzt warscheinlich kompetent. Behandlungdauer und Kosten viel höher angegeben als andere Ärzte die sich auf Invisalign spezialisiert haben. Habe mich für eine andere Ordination entschieden. Very expensive, practice gives the impression of mass processing, you were also immediately after the American concept of first-name terms from assistants, I find it inappropriate, doctor probably competent. Treatment duration and costs are much higher than other doctors who specialize in Invisalign. I have decided on a different ordination.

Aber nachdem ich Röntgen Bilder gesehen habe und mich gegen die festen Zahnspangen entschieden habe, weil bei meinem Kind noch nicht alle Zähne rausgewachsen sind...würde ich vom Arzt fast angeschrien ,,Was wollen Sie hier. Es ist für mich Zeitverschwendung. Kommen Sie nie mehr. Suchen Sie sich anderen Arzt." Meine Tochter war selbst verängstigt, hat gemeint ,,Ärzte sollen doch lieb sein, Mama" Ich wollte Beratung und über weiteren Schritten reden. Wir waren schon viermal da. Die liebe Assistentin könnte mir danach ein paar Fragen beantworten. Trotzdem schreckliche Erfahrung Very dear staff. But after I saw X-rays and decided against the fixed braces because my child's teeth haven't all grown out yet...I almost got yelled at by the doctor, "What are you doing here. It's a waste of time for me. Don't ever come back. Find another doctor." My daughter was scared herself and said, "Doctors should be nice, Mom." I wanted advice and talk about further steps. We have been there four times. The dear assistant could then answer a few questions for me. Still terrible experience
J	John Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here with the intention on finding out whether I needed braces, my teeth are very straight and I was always told when I was younger, that I wouldn't need braces, but my dentist told me to go check with a specialist to make sure, to avoid bite issues. After 15 seconds of examination, this orthodontist (Jonke) insisted I needed braces for sure, and he quoted me ~9000 euros for braces. The treatment would be 2 years of wearing braces, then 3 years of retainers afterwards. I was quite skeptic because there was no way my teeth were bad enough to require so much treatment. The whole process felt too commercial and prepackaged. Anyways I went to see another specialist afterwards, who was honest enough to say I DIDN'T need braces at all, and that it would be purely for small aesthetic reasons if I did get them. This was my initial gut feeling so avoid Jonke unless you enjoy giving money to dishonest dental cash grabs.
